The room is very spacious, easy to check in and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good also, recommended for travelers going to Alishan early in the morning cause the bus stop is just across the hotel. 👍👍👍

Old Hotel, overall good and convinient location right in front of JiaYi Train Station, can take bus at downstairs to travel around for sight seeing.

Hotel and the building was a little dated and looked like it could do with updating and a few repairs but the room, lobby and restaurant was nice and clean. The location was pretty good. Right across from the station, close to the night market, a short walk to the Ximen, and close bus routes. I wasn’t giving high hopes for the free breakfast but ended up quite enjoying it. Overall quite happy.

The hotels in Chiayi were quite expensive and this hotel was very decently priced for the standard. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel itself was surprisingly nice. Breakfast was functional, and the staff were friendly. Right across from the train station. Close to eating places and walkable to the night market. Absolutely no complaints.

perfect location...the hotel can be seen once you get out from the Chiayi Hotel.. Muslim traveler I highly recommend this hotel..the room is spacious, the toilet is super clean. And you can go to the halal restaurant run by an Indonesian just in front of the hotel..their food is superb guys..
The staff very very friendly and helpful (I face some difficulty with the dryer) shout out to the lady (maybe she work as a housekeeping) she is very helpful and very nice. And also the guy who work in dining ( he wear glasses) he also took an effort to understand my English and help me with the dryer...
Seriously it was a pleasant stay in this hotel...

Located right on the upper floors of Carnival Theater opposite to the Chia-Yi Station, the hotel is a building of great room deals for bird’s eye view. Upon your visit to our spacious lobby, as large as 2520 sq. ft., one cup of coffee or Alishan Tea is our treat to ease traveler’s fatigue.
Leisure and business travelers at our hotel enjoy easy pathway to Aogu Wetland, Dongshih Fishing Harbor, the Alishan Forest Recreation Area, and the shopping and delicacies area in Chia-Yi City. The exotic nightlife distinct from that of hustling and bustling urban area is around the corner.
