訂了兩間四人房。兩間的冰箱都不冷。熱水壺上面水垢沒洗乾淨。廁所地上還有大隻蟑螂的屍體。浴室門五金長期沒上油，開關時聲音很大。洗澡用毛巾有點灰。電視遙控器壞掉，打給櫃檯也沒人接。最受不了的是隔壁房間的人講話、小孩哭、開櫥櫃時我們房間都聽得到。吵到我們都睡不著。

This hotel has NO HOSPITALITY and discriminated against us. They have no respect, no commitment, bad communication to their customers. We arrived in Taiwan during Covid pandemic time and booked them for after our quarantine time. I sent them all the health certificates and government documents for proof of quarantine right after booking that I will stay at their hotel after my quarantine time. My 14 days of quarantine was at a designated quarantine hotel. They confirmed my booking and assured that my booking was good and ”looking forward to seeing me”. Then 6 DAYS later, Agoda sent me an email saying that the hotel cancelled my booking due to ”fully booked”. I was mad and contacted the hotel right away for this shenanigan. They emailed me saying that there is also another ”7 days self quarantine”. I called and had the hotel called Taiwan CDC to verify that. It turned out that there is no ”7 days self quarantine”. It is just 7 days self health management which is wearing mask, social distant, temperature checks, etc. and nothing about can not stay at regular hotel. Taiwan CDC told us that we are allowed to stay at regular hotels after our 14 days of quarantine. At least they could had cancelled my booking 6 days sooner to save me some time to look for another hotel. Wan Tai hotel made falsify statement to customers, wasted my time, discriminated against people after quarantine, did not communicate with customers.

工作人員都很好，遇到問題都很幫忙。非常讚！隔音都還好，只要旁邊沒有人喧嚷的話都不會太吵。就是衛生間最不滿意。第一天洗澡水不熱，第二天就燙到根本不能碰。打開到所謂的冷水是溫度60度以上的熱水。只能用毛巾濕水擦身體就算了。總結以上。

Superb location, 5 mins walk away from Chiayi train station. A very good base hotel for Alishan travellers. Allows free luggage storage for guests heading up to Alishan. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and even allow breakfast to take away. The family room is huge and has plenty of space for luggage. Tons of food near the hotel and party world karaoke too!

●地點： 飯店位於嘉義市西區，若從嘉義火車站前站出，必須搭計程車橫跨陸橋才可以抵達，費用大約150元 建議可以從火車站後站出在搭計程車即可。飯店位於玉山路，離郵政總局大樓不行3分鐘距離。 ●飯店： 以建築的規模而言，不難想見當初開幕時的風光。現在則是以接團體旅遊客為主的飯店。 感覺好像是家族所經營的飯店，因為連續入住期間，都是二、三位熟面孔工作人員 ●房間： 若被分配到的房間鄰近馬路，則對外窗是面向馬路；另一種房間的窗戶則是面向天井，採光稍弱。 以我所入住的二人房(二單床)來說，房間坪數接近9坪算大，乾溼分離的浴室廁所占了很大一部分空間。 房間內鋪設地毯，應該有段時間了，加上燈光不甚明亮，有點灰撲撲的感覺。 我房間的窗戶是開向天井，採光較弱；房間內燈光也不甚明亮，整體感覺相對昏暗些。 若偏好採光明亮的房間，則要選擇房間靠近馬路這一側，那麼就擁有對外窗自然採光明亮。 ●工作作業區： 房間內有一小區塊的桌面，但是座位顯得擁擠，且背向門口，所以只好窩在床上以筆電作業。 ●游泳池 很開心發現位於一樓的游泳池，環境感瘸舒適。然疫情期間並不開放住客使用，很可惜。 ●餐廳和早餐 有團體客入住或者住客比較多時，才開BUFFET自助式早餐，否則只供應套餐。早餐內容相對簡單 唯一令我感到歡喜的，是自己可以烹煮湯(乾)麵，淋上肉燥湯汁和蒜泥，是我偏好的口味。 ●腳踏車 有小摺式的腳踏車可以免費租借，押證件即可。 ●周遭環境 周邊沒什麼吃的店家，但是近步行10分鐘，可達家樂福大賣場，裡面可以用餐和購物。 賣場旁有一個小型夜市，攤商不多，可以打打牙祭。 家樂福大賣場旁的中興路過地下車道道興業西路，店家比較多也相對比較熱鬧。 要不然就要到火車站前站那一區塊，是傳統的商業區，吃喝玩樂購物都很豐富。 ●總評：以所入住的價格來說，差不多就這樣了。

無意中發現嘉義的後花園，五柳園位於蘭潭水庫旁邊，入到園區讓我們所有人都出乎意料，竟然宛如世外桃源般的樹木林立🌲，綠色植栽多樣且有獨特風格，我們訂的是6人的家庭房，在進入房間前就有一顆紅檜，這是一家以檜木、扁柏、肖楠等為主題的民宿，有點日式建築的感覺，早餐也蠻特別的也是好吃，民宿內也有販售精油和原木桌椅，個人認為價格還算合理，不會有被敲的感覺。

服務人員很親切，可以感受到嘉義人的熱情，停車方便，飯店早餐的菜色選擇很多，由此可見經營者的用心，讚啦～

Hotel is located a little far from everything and walk about 15mins to railway station and 10 mins to free hsr shuttle bus stop. Around the hotel, there's multiple nice food too. Room is ok, decently big but signs of old wear and tear. Breakfast is good sumptuous value spread.

房內只有礦泉水～ 建議還是可以放水上飲料、零食、泡麵😄 房間是沒有異味但燈光仍顯偏暗（只有部分區域黃光）😅 家庭房的浴室算大了⋯但按摩浴缸已無按摩氣泡水柱的功能就顯得可惜～因為小孩期待的泡泡浴無法達成😔 朋友入住的雙人房整體都較新😄 早餐是麥當勞🍔～需在約定的時間自行前往櫃檯領取😆 有機會來到附近的話還是會列入住宿名單中的👏
