Great and CLEAN space to stay!! I would gladly come back again. Hopefully I can book for a month. Great communication. Great housekeeping. Great management. Great location and access to anything need for a short stay. I’m happy that I stayed here.

This was a unique experience, buty honest review, it was really great. It was a great location; however parking wasn't great. I will say if you stay on the weekend like I did, parking is free on Sunday so I didn't have to pay much overall as I would have throughout the city. Accommodations were top notch, great and responsive customer service. There aren't the human interactions you're used to at a traditional hotel, but it checks every box to give you a fantastic stay.

Quiet but awesome. Super comfortable studio for visiting with family and for a bit of work. Spacious walk in shower (despise tub showers); super comfortable bed and pillows for me (wife was more neutral). Loved the neighborhood, great restaurants and bars. Walked a lot, seemed safe enough. Would like a gym but not a big deal.

Check-in was seamless. The unit was was clean,clean,clean! And well appointed with great kitchen and coffee supplies ( even for a fussy coffee drinker). Location was good and street parking was not problematic. The linens were nice quality and the decor was industrial post modern in a well done way.

This hotel was such a breath of fresh air. The rooms and amenities were so beautiful and spacious. It’s located in a great location with restaurants and bars conveniently nearby. Would highly recommend this place as it was safe, clean, and has a highly responsive staff.

My partner and I stayed one night in a studio suite. I would 100% recommend. The room was very clean and provided everything we could need. Full kitchen equipped with cookware, dishes, and seasonings. Dishwasher with dish detergent available. Washer/dryer with detergent available. Full sized soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. We packed very light so it was nice to have access to all of these amenities. This hotel stands out from others because it has all of the homey perks of an airbnb/vrbo type of rental but with the professionalism and cleanliness of a nice hotel. There is no staff on site but we had no issues getting into our room. We slept like babies it was very quiet. The location is surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. All around awesome experience!

Great stay away from home! Everything was great with our stay, from check-in to leaving. The rooms are clean and bright. The bed and pillows were comfy. They think of everything when staying here. We were in town three days for my daughter's Rush graduation, so having a steamer was a savings. Great location and quite neighborhood. Recommend dinner at Peanut Park and breakfast and Maple Cafe, you won't go wrong. Finally, although no staff to check-in with, a quick text message and we were quickly assisted. We will be back!

Wonderful stay! Our weekend stay was fabulous. The place is a unique combination of hotel and apar**ent. The amenities are top notch, from bathroom products, to bed and linens, to shower pressure, appliances, dishes, and the comforts of home. A great location across from a park. Safe, secure, easy reservations and check in. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful layout, nice and clean, modern accents. We had a great time! A tip would be to advise folks that if you go up (North) on Loomis a few blocks, watch for Permit parking signs (don't park there), but then there are blocks you can park for Free and no time limits.
