"The older, grumpy baggage handler needs training on how to take his job more seriously. I waited over five minutes clearly needing help with my luggage, but he ignored me the entire time. He just stood there staring at me until I finally asked if he was the one in charge of helping with luggage. When I returned to ask for my bag, he let out a loud sigh as if he were doing me a favor. He never responded to my “thank you.” On the other hand, the younger baggage handler and the African-American one were both friendly and professional. The hotel itself was okay. The location is good, and the rest of the staff were helpful and nice. However, for what we paid the rooms should be improved — at the very least they should offer better quality toilet paper, a small fridge, and a microwave."

"Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in. Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests. All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it."

"Overall a good budget suite style hotel to stay at after getting off a long flight. Everything is pretty standard. Interior has typical but dated decoration of that late 90s early 2000s style. The thermostat in the room is probably older than I am (millennial), and its settings were limited with no indication of commanded temperature- just hot or cold. Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful even when checking in at almost 10pm. And there’s an attached Outback Steakhouse which was a plus when checking in so late and not wanting to go out to get food. I would definitely stay again."
