Owners with two young kids live upstairs, we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure, we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups.
