Ulasan 21C Museum Hotel Chicago

Hotel was easy to get in touch with before the trip, check-in (and check-out) was easy and accommodating, the rooms were clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely toiletries and robes too. Couldn't have been happier.

Fantastic space, super clean, art exhibit on site. Close proximity to convenience store, drug store, and great deep dish pizza spot

Nice clean and quiet place. Room very nice. Staff very nice. The only thing bad was the surprise $28 resort fee they hit you with if you booked the room using a 3rd party (i.e. *******)

Charged me twice for a resort fee, they have a lot of hidden fees here. Hotel is nice walls are thin, and elevator isn’t so clean.

Have loved every 21c hotel we’ve stayed at, including this one on a previous trip. This time was different. Walked into a loud mechanical noise in our room. (They sent a someone up and it was addressed quickly) but soon found an extremely soiled towel (hopefully clean but stained but I didn’t want to know) and the other towels were worn and not soft. Everything seemed more worn than our previous visit. Most staff was nice but some seemed aloof. Overall I still love this line of hotels but this location needs to get its umph back.

This hotel had such friendly staff and was so incredibly convenient to River North restaurants and Magnificent Mile shopping.

The hotel for sure needs some up keep. They provide a fridge filled with a bunch of overpriced items that you do not want. They also had outlets that were hanging off and the shower continuously leaks after you turn it off. The staff was amazing and they provided great customer service. Due to wait time we did receive a free room upgrade.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could need for a short stay. The hotel is also well located near transportation and popular restaurants.

It was my first trip to Chicago and I loved the hotel, I went alone and I felt very safe.... The team was wonderful . The hotel is in a very good location.

Not a very big room for even two people. There were wall plugs that weren't attached to the wall well. The clock and USB chargers didn't work. The bathroom design isn't great when sharing a room. Second day was a busy day and there wasn't any hot water. Hallways are dark, elevators are very small but quick. Lobby and restaurant is very nice and the art was fun to see and enjoy. For the price it wasn't worth it we ended up leaving a night early.

My room was amazing. Entry way into the hotel is beautiful. Art work is amazing all through the hotel. Only downside was I scheduled a massage in the spa and it was canceled. We overall enjoyed our stay here and well definitely be returning.
