I was disappointed. The bathroom walls were filthy. The vents were very filthy. The frig had a strange smell to it. Not really worth $ 500 a night for 3 kids n 2 adults.

A great quiet boutique hotel with a fancy bar. You can parking at the nearby garage to save a bit.

It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the US so far. Good for the price and the staff are super nice and helpful. I liked the free drink vouchers and the bar food too. I’d definitely stay here again if I travel to Chicago again.

Very Nice hotel and great location!

A very cost-effective hotel located in downtown Chicago. The Blue Line subway goes directly to the airport and back for only $7.5. The hotel supplies are quite comprehensive in the United States, including body lotion, soap, etc. I highly recommend it and will choose it again next time I come by myself, but it would be better if breakfast was included.

Safety first. It is near Michigan Avenue. It is very convenient to take the red line. It is convenient for sightseeing at the University of Chicago and Northwestern University. There are 7-11, pizza shop and the world's largest five-story Starbucks within one mile. It is safe to stay for three nights. The price is quite expensive on weekends.

Old hotel, but good location, convenient. Guest parking is expensive, $70, but you can enter and exit at any time within a day. Parking in downtown Chicago is very expensive

The hotel and the price are seriously not worth it

The room is spacious, although it is older, and it is close to the layman subway! But it feels warm and it’s very convenient to travel. The blue line goes directly to the airport!

I came back here after a self-driving tour and stayed at this hotel. The room of this room type is relatively small, not as big as the last time I stayed, and the price is more expensive than the last time.
