10mins walk to heart of Shinsaibashi, let’s of food near around. Airport bus station nearby, around 5 mins walk.

Good location, good service provided by polite staffs, may stay here again for future trips.

This hotel is clean room and good location near Shinsaibashisuji and Dotomori

Quite good, but need to request for room cleaning every day and get your toothbrush yourself.

The main reason choosing this hotel is because near to Doton plaza ( bus to Kansai airport). Like their laundry room (vending machine) as they hv separated male and female , and there are total 5 washing machine and 5 dryer. The space is considered spacious compared to other hotel, but bed is small double bed, which is very uncomfortable. The amenities are very basic. We able to open two 28” luggage in the room at the same time and can keep under the bed frame. There is elevator (through carpark) from subway if you bringing luggages.

Small room but good . Near dotonbori and airport bus.

The location of this hotel is really good, with walking distance you can go to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori easily. Convenient stores are close to the hotel, like Lawson and family mart. You can also go to supermarket Aeon for daily groceries and food if you wish. Whatsmore this hotel is close to airport shuttle station too!!

Clean place, location slightly far from main station but near dontoburi.

Location good near all train station, easy to find and near eat, shopping street. Suitable for family to good. Breakfast is also good

We booked a 3-bedroom and was given a smoking room. Really bad smell for us non-smokers and could barely sleep at night. Asked front desk if we can change to non-smoking and could only change the room for us on our 3rd night. Hotel staff was friendly but not too fluent in English. Location is good and walkable distance to dotonburi and shinsaibashi.

Hotel location is only a 10 mins walk to the nearest train station. 5 mins away from airport express bus to Kansai International Airport. Very convenient. Dotonbori is just a stone throw away.  Clean room when we arrived and provide clean towels daily too.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. I stayed in there during the New Year Holiday from 1 Jan to 5 Jan, my husband get high fever in 40 degree Celsius, I go to the front desk to ask the staff to help me reserve an appointment in an local clinic, but none of them is willing to provide help, they asked you to go to the public phone booth to make reservation by your self, their official answer for your help request is “ the hotel doesn’t provide reservation service”, which is totally nonsense, I can’t believe I will be treated in this way in Japan, the staff in this hot got no sympathy. Some of the staff are people from the Middle East, but they just pretend they don’t speak English, I am very disappointed. Moreover, they give me only one key for a two people room, I am so inconvenient that I can’t go back to my room by myself. Also, house keeping is provided one time in three days, if you don’t ask them to do so, they don’t even bother to come up to clean your room.

Good and very conveniently located at a central part of Osaka. Clean and decently sized room. Highly recommended to stay at this property.
