Ulasan Smile Hotel Premium Osaka Higashishinsaibashi

We booked a 3-bedroom and was given a smoking room. Really bad smell for us non-smokers and could barely sleep at night. Asked front desk if we can change to non-smoking and could only change the room for us on our 3rd night. Hotel staff was friendly but not too fluent in English. Location is good and walkable distance to dotonburi and shinsaibashi.

Only complaint is the space and limited clothes hanging space. Opening the luggage need to be strategic too. Better to pack light and wash clothes at hotel

It’s a really nice and cosy hotel, at prime location in Osaka

When we arrived on day 1 there was a vending machine on level 9 where we stayed but 80% of the drinks were out of stock. On day 3 of our stay the vending machine disappeared. Their laundry room also splits male and female but I saw 2 different males using the female laundry room, quite gross.

Perfect location and a clean hotel. Easy to access everywhere by walk or by train around Osaka city. I will book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Good location with very limited service, can not help to store a suitcase, we booked a return trip back to this hotel and they not allow us to store a single small luggage. Unbelievable. So we Cancel the return booking and avoid it

The hotel is located close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping areas. There are also metro stations nearby that’s makes staying here convenient. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. There is also an airport bus service about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel comes with great location, near to Shinsaibashi shopping street and Dontonburi. But quite a challenging to walk with luggage to the hotel from Shinsaibashi Station. The surroundings are full of eatery and night clubs and family mart. The hotel room is clean with acceptable comfortable bed and lucky we booked 2 single-bedded room thus able have space to put our 2 big luggages. The weak point is the room cleaning service only apply on 4th day / 7th day / 10th day. Thus, our 3 days stay do not have any cleaning service.

Good location. There are many convenient stores , bars and pubs downstairs in 5-10 mins walk.

The area is a little bit far from train station/main shopping area (15 mins), but the walk to the hotel is full of intersting shops. The room I was assigned to was on the 3rd floor which was a bit small (still ok). Not noisy. Room cleaning was offered every 4th night, but they said you can order additional cleaning service if needed (I ordered but they did not additionally clean my room - they apologized) There was a cockcroach!!!! in my room!!!!!! Very active walking around!!! Luckily the staff came very quickly and removed it. All in all, not the best I have encountered in Japan but value for money.

Excellent hotel for their srvice and location easy access to manu places. Highly recommended to stay in Osaka.

Smile premium hotel has no cleaning service if you get complimentary water. The kettle is dirty has white dot dot. Breakfast is fair.
