La mejor posada, la comida de primera, las habitaciones impecables, agua caliente, refrigerador, tv. La atención es casi personalizada, la piscina única !! Recomendada 100% … es atendida por sus dueños lo que la hace de muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos !!!

Nos encantaron las instalaciones, todo impecable, limpio y muy agradable. Las habitaciones excelentes, agua caliente, las camas MUY cómodas… increíble lugar para vacacionar y disfrutar. Cosas a mejorar y que esperamos que tomen en cuenta: les recomendamos ser un poco más flexibles con las horas del check out cuando las personas lo solicitamos, no nos pareció el tener que pagar un costo tan alto para aprovechar 1 o 2 horas más de la habitación. Por otro lado, los desayunos tienen un sabor muy bueno, al igual que el café y los jugos. Sin embargo deberían poner las arepitas más grandes o más cantidad… al igual que si el huésped e solicita una empanada más, un café más o algo extra no deberían cobrarlo adicional (es de mal gusto para los huéspedes recibir esa respuesta). El personal del hotel muy amable, la atención impecable, muy respetuosos, sin embargo un poco lento el servicio y entre los mesoneros no se comunican y realizan las mismas preguntas de lo que deseas comer 2 o 3 veces, esto llega a transmitir un poco de inseguridad en el servicio. El servicio del transporte nos parece excelente ya que les brinda 100% comodidad a los huéspedes el dejar sus carros en el hotel. Esperamos que tomen en cuenta estas recomendaciones y continúen mejorando sus servicios para muy pronto volver. GRACIAS por hacernos pasar unos días increíbles.
