Hotel Terbaik di Algiers dengan Spa

On a positive note, the view from the sea-facing rooms is absolutely gorgeous and the private balconies are a great place to relax. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, however signs of age and lack of maintenance are starting to show. Whilst some staff are friendly and courteous, the majority behave more like civil servants than people in the hospitality industry. “The customer comes first” is definitely missing in their training manuals. Instead, one is made to feel that compliance to their rules is more important. I asked room service for an iron and was told no irons were provided because I “had to use the hotel laundry service”. My colleagues and I were told off by the security guard at the door for bringing bottled water into the hotel because “we had to purchase it in-house”. I waited over 20 minutes after a very long journey for someone to show up at the front desk and check me into my room. My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.

L'année dernière, j'ai eu la chance d'être invité à un séminaire dans cet hôtel, et je suis revenu en septembre 2023 avec des invités européens, Un aéroport d’Alger est situé à proximité de l’hotel, à quelques kilomètres. Cet hôtel est luxueux, les chambres sont spacieuses et méritent ses étoiles. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix de plats et la nourriture est excellente.

Hôtel idéalement situé à kouba. Établissement propre dans l’ensemble. Comme à l’accoutumé en Algerie, personnel disponible et agréable mais non professionnel (manque de formation de qualité sans doute). Petit déjeuner corrects pour 5€ sous forme de buffet. Dîner buffet très cher à 25€ par rapport aux plats proposés. Chambre au goût du jour, légèrement étroite mais nécessitant qques travaux d’usure. Je recommande malgré tout.

Excellent accueil de la part de Rafika et Abdelsamah. Ils ont toujours été bienveillants pour notre confort. Le petit déjeuner servi au buffet est bon. L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement dans les chambres mais nous y avons retrouvé la même ambiance qu'en 2009. Le personnel de ménage également aux petits soins pour s'assurer que les chambres ne manquent de rien. Ce fut un séjour très agréable d'une semaine. Aïn Taya reste une ville agréable au bord de la mer. Merci à la famille Ketfi pour leur fidèle gentillesse. A bientôt

A historic hotel that is a little worn but charmingly so. I loved every minute at this wonderful hotel. The history and elegance is only surpassed by the absolute wonderful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. I have never visited a hotel filled with such nice smiles. The breakfast is nice but the dinners served in the dining room are wonderful with local cuisine specialties. Their chef is just amazing and the dining staff are fun and helpful and work hard to give you a wonderful dining experience. There are so many special places to wander and see at this very special hotel.

Je viens de quitter l’hôtel après avoir passer une nuit tardive et toute une journée jusqu’à 22 heures après avoir rater mon vol la veille Les points positifs : -Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel qui était au top -rapport qualité prix -la bouffe correcte surtout aujourd’hui c’était un dîner avec un groupe de chant algérois et menu à l’occasion de la fête du maoulid -hôtel familial et d’affaires tres bien situé au centre ville avec une vue sur la baie d’Alger LesPOINTS NÉGATIFS -la moquette à entretenir et nettoyer avec une odeur dans les couloirs évoquant l’humidité ou le moisi -les vitres de la chambres sales et mêmes celles de l’extérieur -la télévision très instable chaque 10 mn on perd la connexion vraiment stressante -pas de savon pour les mains dans les chambres on m’a dit qu’il y’en a plus le ménage est vite fait Sinon je recommande cet hôtel surtout pour les courts séjours les gens en transit ou prenant un bateau le lendemain il est à quelques minutes du port

Nous avons passé avec ma fille un magnifique séjour dans cet établissement moderne chaleureux tout le personnel est aux petits soins.Les chambres sont spacieuses et le service étage est incroyable disponible H24 . Je recommande cet hôtel à mille pour cent.:
