The best accommodation on our Outback road trip. Everything we needed - separate rooms for us and the kids, AC, a stove and oven, microwave, sink and even a washer and dryer! It's a shame we were only there one night and didn't stay longer. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Loads of character await your stay at The Laurels. Set back a bit off the Hwy, you enter a lush green recluse with an old world feel. Numerous “art” pieces of wood shaped together are fabulous centre pieces to plant-arches and mature trees. A choice of rooms in the main building, or quicky cabins that have rustic exteriors, but very comfortable modern interiors, with the nod to their timber heritages inside. I enjoyed the Bean Shed, with a vaulted ceiling and huge shower recess. A nice little workstation to catchup on your next travel plans, good tea & coffee making, along with microwave and fridge. A truly delightful overnight, well worth returning to for a longer stay.
