I was visiting family in the area for several nights and originally booked a stay at a nearby Residence Inn (since I’m a Bonvoy member) and had a horrible experience there, so I checked out of there after the first night and moved to this property – The guy checking me in was great! I told him about the issues with the other property and he actually apologized and was swift getting me checked in. He was helpful with other requests as well. This hotel is actually pretty decent… There are some odd issues, such as guests having vandalized the elevator read out (scraped their names/graffiti into it – why?!?)… Also, there are typically cloth covers over the lights on the ceiling in the halls, but here they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfy. Regarding the room, the TV worked well and so did the shower, but the sink doesn’t seem to get hot water – This is actually something I’ve noticed at all the Aloft hotels I’ve stayed in, they do a horrible job of providing hot water. The housekeeping staff seems to do a decent job, at least in the room I’m in. Typical amenities in the room too. Location is much cleaner and safer than across near the airport, but this is less than 5 mins from there – so stay here instead! I would stay here again!

Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. PRO Clean hotel Nice shower Comfy king bed Fridge and microwave in room Climate control for air conditioning easy to use Espresso available at restaurant Easy check in. Mei was helpful and friendly! CON Both treadmills down in gym Dusty behind night stand Litter around grounds in parking lot Cell phone tower is right next to property. KNOW: $10 day for parking. I opted to park in the parking garage. Used to be Shilo Inn, more Diamond Bar area than Pomona. Wendy’s is right next door if you’re craving fries and a chocolate milk shake. Starbucks down the street. Gas station right there

這個安大略的LA QIUNTA應該是美國LA QUNITA連鎖店裡麪為數不多的比較好的酒店了，房間夠乾淨，夠大，服務也還不錯，早餐比其他所有的LA QUINTA都好，確實不錯

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times since it was built and opened for business a few years ago. We have not returned for more than a year. Recently we chose this hotel while we were in the area. To our VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE--- this place is still IMMACULATE, so clean, so well maintained, still shining with splendor as if it was just opened yesterday. WOW--Bravo to the GM and Management Team, Operations Team, Maintenance Engineering and especially to the hard working housekeeping team. Thank you so much for keeping the place so clean, sanitizing stations everywhere, front desk clerks wearing masks and serving morning coffee with new clean gloves after each guest --especially in this pandemic environment--- this is SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! Definitely will recommend and be back!!! Keep up the GREAT HOSPITALITY TEAMS and know that YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

The room was not clean, there were sticky spots to most furniture. Even though we booked a triple room we were given a queen bed and a couch without sheets. The phone in the room was not working and I had to go back to reception to ask for sheets and pillows. When we opened the couch it was full of old food and dirt. Even though it advertises that there is free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle during our stay and we had to walk to the airport.
