Hotel with kichen suits our needs for long term stay. We enioyed this 20 days trip a lot. And we will certainly cone back again!

I enjoyed the full size fridge and the laundry room, those amenities helped make the trip much easier for my family.

I've stayed here many times. I prefer this hotel over the others

首先服務員很好，很有禮貌也很配合，房間衞生也都搞得很好。 但是！酒店本身條件非常差!!! 1酒店靠馬路邊，不停有車呼嘯而過，非常吵鬧! 2酒店房間為木地板，人踩在地上整個房間都震動! 3二樓房間地下水泵不時震動，服務員協助換到三樓房間，結果三樓房間洗手間排氣扇轟鳴! 4攜程上訂房特意選含兩份早餐的房費，結果酒店沒有早餐!!! 餐廳都沒有, 哪來早餐??? 攜程明顯存在欺騙銷售之嫌!!! 總之非常糟糕的入住體驗。如果不是附近Ayres酒店滿房又喝了酒比較晚不想開車去遠的酒店，絕對不會選擇入住，也推薦大家不要入住。

My family and I have transitioned to a place to call home for a while ,It’s been so pleasant staying here, Christine has made our stay more than comfortable it’s been wonderful & assisted me and my loved ones with more than just a stay ,clean & homey feeling as requested all of our needs have been met from clean sheets to essentials and fresh breeze well maintained I appreciate all your effort and love put into making the guest feel at home Thank you so much CHRISTINE ☺️

Hotel Mgr and Front desk staff friendly, patient and courteous responding quickly to concerns. Rooms clean with kitchens and comfortable with affordable rates. Friendly dogs allowed. Grounds walkable and eating and stores in a walkable distance.

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is great. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Everything we need is here: breakfast, amenities, laundry, parking...and if we need anything else the staff is just a phone call away. What more could you ask for? 5 stars

Quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location yet still feels private. Fast check-in/check-out; the front desk is happy to provide anything needed. Seydi, Torrie, and Evan are incredibly friendly and accommodating - they are the best part of the hotel.

I stay at the extended stay America in Chino Valley I’m here on business I work through the week and every time I go check in Angie is the best the quickest check-in I’ve ever experienced in my life. Definitely the best hotel that I have ever been to and I also love the breakfast table in the morning

The staff of ESA are accomodating, pleasant and friendly especially Angie. She never fails to greet us and my kids. They can improve on the cleanliness most expecially the elevator. It has an awful smell. Overall, this place is great for long term stay.

Angie is a pleasure, she is always so helpful, smiley, efficient and knowledgeable. No matter if its early in her shift or almost the end of it, she's always ready to tend to your needs/requests. A great associate and represents ESA with great professionalism. Thank you, Angie!

Excellent service from the hotel for customer service job during my stay in April 2022. The housekeeping staff & Vandalina has demonstrated exceptional customer service by providing a full knowledge of the cleaning & sanitizing of my room. Vandalina has been friendly, cheerful, a true professional in the housekeeping of my room. Each time in passing she greets with my name & wishes my stay a pleasant one. This is a beautiful example of how to make my stay a pleasant experience.
