Nice and clean hotel. Have stayed several times and always to meet my expectation.

It was a great stay the beds are comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful the rooms are very spacious and clean it had everything we needed the suites came with top stove and they works so well we cooked full meals and I loved how we can borrow appliances like blenders waffle makers and more at the front desk we made sopes and empanadas I want to say the best part that i absolutely loved would have to be the soap the have the dove brand for hand soap lotion body wash conditioner and shampoo it was absolutely wonderful to feel like your actually at home

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. The room was ok, not the cleanest or kept up. It's more like an apartment complex and the way it's set up has the mostly permanent tenants all hanging out outside and a lot are too interested in the newcomers than they need to be

這個安大略的LA QIUNTA應該是美國LA QUNITA連鎖店裡麪為數不多的比較好的酒店了，房間夠乾淨，夠大，服務也還不錯，早餐比其他所有的LA QUINTA都好，確實不錯

I was visiting family in the area for several nights and originally booked a stay at a nearby Residence Inn (since I’m a Bonvoy member) and had a horrible experience there, so I checked out of there after the first night and moved to this property – The guy checking me in was great! I told him about the issues with the other property and he actually apologized and was swift getting me checked in. He was helpful with other requests as well. This hotel is actually pretty decent… There are some odd issues, such as guests having vandalized the elevator read out (scraped their names/graffiti into it – why?!?)… Also, there are typically cloth covers over the lights on the ceiling in the halls, but here they’re completely missing and there’s an open frame with fluorescent bulbs – looks odd. Other than that – the room was nice and comfy. Regarding the room, the TV worked well and so did the shower, but the sink doesn’t seem to get hot water – This is actually something I’ve noticed at all the Aloft hotels I’ve stayed in, they do a horrible job of providing hot water. The housekeeping staff seems to do a decent job, at least in the room I’m in. Typical amenities in the room too. Location is much cleaner and safer than across near the airport, but this is less than 5 mins from there – so stay here instead! I would stay here again!

The room was not clean, there were sticky spots to most furniture. Even though we booked a triple room we were given a queen bed and a couch without sheets. The phone in the room was not working and I had to go back to reception to ask for sheets and pillows. When we opened the couch it was full of old food and dirt. Even though it advertises that there is free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle during our stay and we had to walk to the airport.

此次雖然是商務出差, 不過當天也有很多家庭入住, 相信整個飯店的服務和整潔舒適度一切都好~ 不過令人可惜的是早餐並沒有其他熟食, 唯一的就是熱的燕麥粥和鬆餅機, 且鬆餅機一直出現故障問題.

Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. PRO Clean hotel Nice shower Comfy king bed Fridge and microwave in room Climate control for air conditioning easy to use Espresso available at restaurant Easy check in. Mei was helpful and friendly! CON Both treadmills down in gym Dusty behind night stand Litter around grounds in parking lot Cell phone tower is right next to property. KNOW: $10 day for parking. I opted to park in the parking garage. Used to be Shilo Inn, more Diamond Bar area than Pomona. Wendy’s is right next door if you’re craving fries and a chocolate milk shake. Starbucks down the street. Gas station right there
