2023年才修好的非常新而且還有標準的美式早飯距離羅蘭崗/聖蓋博開車35-40分鐘但是服務有點不夠（人手不足/沒有牙刷）

很喜歡酒店裝修和氛圍。走廊裏掛滿酒店創始人及酒店相關的歷史照片。房間大，停車也方便。是奇諾不多的酒店選擇裏很好的一個。不過，設施雖好，要注意奇諾的酒店都在高速公路邊，對類似我這樣睡眠不好的旅客，選擇要慎重……

Amazing experience with such beautiful staff and an amazing view in our hotel room. Only complaint I have is that we’d received double beds when we really needed a king sized bed.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times since it was built and opened for business a few years ago. We have not returned for more than a year. Recently we chose this hotel while we were in the area. To our VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE--- this place is still IMMACULATE, so clean, so well maintained, still shining with splendor as if it was just opened yesterday. WOW--Bravo to the GM and Management Team, Operations Team, Maintenance Engineering and especially to the hard working housekeeping team. Thank you so much for keeping the place so clean, sanitizing stations everywhere, front desk clerks wearing masks and serving morning coffee with new clean gloves after each guest --especially in this pandemic environment--- this is SO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!! Definitely will recommend and be back!!! Keep up the GREAT HOSPITALITY TEAMS and know that YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

From the beginning of the stay to the end, we were in complete dissatisfaction with the way we were treated. We were encouraged by the great reviews on Google and on hotels.com of this location, but unfortunately do not believe what everyone says. Don’t be fooled! After we checked into our hotel we went to get food. After we got food and returned back to our hotel, we noticed that there were blood stains on our bed sheets and comforter, upon looking closely. We were obviously disgusted by this and did not want to use the bedding if it had blood in it, so we called the front desk at that time. The lady at the front desk said that she is very sorry and that she cannot have a maid replace the sheets because there were no maids at that time.Then I asked for a new set of sheets and bedding so that I could replace it myself. The lady said that she will send over the bed sheets as soon as possible. A guy who looks like a new hire by the name of “Colby, Colvy, or Toby” (one of those names, the hotel staff declined to confirm which one), arrived at our hotel room in about 10 or 15 minutes. With an attitude from when we opened our door to greet him, he gave us just the bare set of inner sheets. Upon receiving the sheets, I asked, “Could we get a comforter?”. He responded back saying, “you didn't ask for a comforter, I am giving you bed sheets.” I said back to him, “we need a comforter because the bloody bed sheets touched the comforter hence we would need all new bedding.” With extreme disrespect and rudeness, he said he will go get it. When he returned with the comforter in hand I had the old sheets that had blood on it, all wrapped up. Then he gives me the comforter. I asked him “what do you want me to do with the bloody bed sheets”, and he said “I don't know what you want me to do with it. It's not my job. You know, I am doing you a favor by bringing you these things right now, this isn't even my job, I work at the front desk.” Obviously I was very upset at this and I found this to be extremely unprofessional as the hotel had blood on the sheets, and they should do anything to fix it and to make sure that we are happy. Obviously in this case this employee did not care. When I replied back saying “that this is a problem that needs to be fixed and whoever's working at the hotel needs to be able to help me and not be rude to me, I was replied back with a statement that I would be kicked out for being too disrespectful. Along with this, this individual decided to curse at me and once he started cursing at me, with fear of safety because my girlfriend was also in the bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Despite me closing the door and locking it, this man continued to curse me out and it seems like he almost wanted to fight me saying “F*ck this and f*ck that, come on man, it's like that?!” Then I give a call to the front desk and the same lady answers again, I explain the whole situation and she apologizes. Tinggal di sini selama 19 hari di kawasan Cina. Ia mudah untuk melancong dan makan makanan Cina. Persekitaran sekeliling sunyi sepi. Bilik itu berpendapat bahawa tidak akan ada pembersihan semasa wabak, tetapi anda boleh meminta pelayan untuk tuala dan air minuman yang anda perlukan untuk menukar.

Location is great. Hotel looks nice outside but the room is ok. Carpet needs to be clean. Furniture needs to be upgraded. Only hotel I know that charges if you check in early.

During my four-day stay, breakfast was not fully stocked, I didn't receive housekeeping, and I was told they did not have clean towels for two days straight. Initially, I assumed it was terrible timing. I travel a lot, and due to Covid-19, many hotels are understaffed and delayed shipment of their usual products. However, when I voiced my concern about housekeeping, the front desk staff told me that I only paid $95 per night to reserve the room despite the service being included. Based on his statement, he felt I wasn't entitled to the same services as other guests because I reserved my room at a lower rate. In addition, I am still wondering if my skin color played a role in the reason he chose to look at my billing statement instead of trying to address my concerns as a guest. His statement was inappropriate. I am still a paying guest and deserve to be treated as such. I will never return. 

Very nice property for the area, do not get me wrong the area is not bad but if you are in Pomona on business then this is a nice property to stay with nice pleasant touches to the various rooms, although the balcony rooms are nice if you are staying for a couple days or more and Lawn view rooms are not a bad touch too. Clean and quiet will stay again when in the area.
