В отеле остановились всего на несколько часов после долгого автомобильного переезда. На следующий день ранний вылет. Прибыли около 23:00 по местному времени. Когда бронировала, то в примечании была информация, что стойка регистрации работает до 20:00 и о более позднем заезде нужно предупредить. На сайте отеля был номер мобильного телефона, который привязан к VIBER, посредством него и связалась с отелем. Первое, подтвердили наличие моей брони, а второе, как выяснилось, стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно. Девушка с ресепшен поблагодарила меня за то, что проинформировала о позднем заезде. По прибытию и при чекауте персонал справился со своей задачей на 💯 %. И чемоданы помогли поднять/снести и такси быстро вызвали ( в отеле нет лифта и для меня это была неоценимая помощь) . Для понимания, я была одна с двумя маленькими детьми. Номер был очень приятный, чистый, свеженький, жаль не успели насладиться. Так как у нас был очень ранний вылет, на завтрак мы никак не успевали. Нам собрали ланч боксы, но вышло как-то несуразно (не удачно/неудобно упаковали их), взяла только йогурты детям. Да и количество сумок превышало количество рук. В любом случае благодарю за заботу, но наверное следует продумать на будущее как более правильно подготовить гостям ланч боксы. В целом было вполне комильфо)))

The employee, Anna Maria, was very cooperative and provided excellent services for me . She listened to me and was very patient and understanding and provided for my needs.

Моё пребывание в отеле : Лифта нет ,туалетных принадлежностей нет ,салфеток нет ,воды не дали . Хорошо что рядом ,пошли и купили .Всё на сайте написано, что включено в стоимость ,а в живую этого нет.Единственный плюс -чисто . В номере на кровати ,матрас ужасный ,весь в пружинах ,лежать просто невозможно . На ресепшене девушка Юля ,не приветливая ,даже не поздоровается и это сотрудник ресепшена ?!Как будто к ней домой пришла. Внешний вид не соответствует отелю ,не презентабельно ,даже нет бейджика имени (и я это на минуточку 4 звёзды)Она даже не сидит на своём рабочем месте ,постоянно её нет на ресепшене.Хочу обратить внимание руководство отеля ,кого они берут на работу .А так можно остаться и без клиентов .Никому не рекомендую за такие деньги ,останавливаться в этом отеле .

Dieses Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Es ist ein nobles, luxuriös ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit persönlicher Gästebetreuung. Die Rezeption, die Visitenkarte eines jeden Hotels, ist ebenso kompetent wie zuvorkommend. Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit gerne und umgehend erfüllt, Unstimmigkeiten einvernehmlich geklärt. Die Mangerin des „front desk“ ist ganz hervorragend! Das Hotel ist in Gänze sehr gediegen und ebenso behaglich ausgestattet. Mein Zimmer war großzügig, das Bett erlaubt einen wunderbaren Schlafcomfort und die Pflegeartikel sind von ausgesuchter Qualität. Das ganze Haus ist blitzblank gepflegt. Das Restaurant gilt als das beste in Chisinau. Zu Recht! Der Ausblick ist grandios, die Küche gekonnt. Das vorzügliche Frühstück kann à la carte ausgewählt werden und wird am Tisch serviert. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind bestens geschult. Ein Ober hat mich mit erkennbarer Freude sogar auf Deutsch bedient. Im Übrigen ist das Personal gut englischsprachig. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und zudem gefreut, in der Hauptstadt der Republik Moldau ein derart schönes Hotel erleben zu dürfen. Auch die Preisgestaltung ist durchaus aungemessen… Einziger Kritikpunkt: der wunderschöne Spabereich ist nur für 30 Minuten und nur nach vorheriger Reservierung für Hotelgäste zu nutzen. Vielleicht findet die Hoteldirektion eine bessere Lösung. Denn Vergleichbares habe ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel weltweit noch nicht erlebt. Der kleine aber feine Fitnessraum hat mich dagegen sehr gefreut. Moderne TechnoGym-Geräte!

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Mia moglie ha soggiornato in solitaria presso questo hotel tra la fine di luglio e l'inizio di agosto scorso, per una ”sosta imprevista” dovuta ad una coincidenza persa fra due diversi operatori di viaggio. L'hotel in questione ha dei prezzi concorrenziali, soprattutto considerata la sua posizioni in centro città, ma le camere non sono tutte tenute bene. Decisamente meglio le suite più costose, che consiglio agli ospiti occasionali, anche per via dei bagni decisamente più puliti e con disposizione interna ed arredamento più moderni. Le TV nelle camere funzionano male, ma probabilmente solo perché sono per forza di cose sintonizzate sulle emittenti russe. Tenuto conto di questo, il wi-fi comunque funziona a meraviglia, e si può facilmente ovviare alla mancanza della TV con una scorpacciata di contenuti multimediali internet. Infine, il personale è molto cordiale e attento alle necessità degli utenti. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My wife stayed alone at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of last August, for an ”unplanned stopover” due to a missed connection between two different travel operators. The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city centre, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also because of the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms do not work well, but probably only because they're necessarily tuned to Russian TV-stations. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily remedy the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content. Finally, the staff is very friendly and attentive to users' needs.

Уютный, небольшой отель с домашней обстановкой. Приветливый, коммуникабельный персонал. Все отлично. До центра города 20 минут езды. Поблизости есть остановка. Магазины не далеко. До аэропорта менее 29 км.
