Моё пребывание в отеле : Лифта нет ,туалетных принадлежностей нет ,салфеток нет ,воды не дали . Хорошо что рядом ,пошли и купили .Всё на сайте написано, что включено в стоимость ,а в живую этого нет.Единственный плюс -чисто . В номере на кровати ,матрас ужасный ,весь в пружинах ,лежать просто невозможно . На ресепшене девушка Юля ,не приветливая ,даже не поздоровается и это сотрудник ресепшена ?!Как будто к ней домой пришла. Внешний вид не соответствует отелю ,не презентабельно ,даже нет бейджика имени (и я это на минуточку 4 звёзды)Она даже не сидит на своём рабочем месте ,постоянно её нет на ресепшене.Хочу обратить внимание руководство отеля ,кого они берут на работу .А так можно остаться и без клиентов .Никому не рекомендую за такие деньги ,останавливаться в этом отеле .

Dieses Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Es ist ein nobles, luxuriös ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit persönlicher Gästebetreuung. Die Rezeption, die Visitenkarte eines jeden Hotels, ist ebenso kompetent wie zuvorkommend. Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit gerne und umgehend erfüllt, Unstimmigkeiten einvernehmlich geklärt. Die Mangerin des „front desk“ ist ganz hervorragend! Das Hotel ist in Gänze sehr gediegen und ebenso behaglich ausgestattet. Mein Zimmer war großzügig, das Bett erlaubt einen wunderbaren Schlafcomfort und die Pflegeartikel sind von ausgesuchter Qualität. Das ganze Haus ist blitzblank gepflegt. Das Restaurant gilt als das beste in Chisinau. Zu Recht! Der Ausblick ist grandios, die Küche gekonnt. Das vorzügliche Frühstück kann à la carte ausgewählt werden und wird am Tisch serviert. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind bestens geschult. Ein Ober hat mich mit erkennbarer Freude sogar auf Deutsch bedient. Im Übrigen ist das Personal gut englischsprachig. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und zudem gefreut, in der Hauptstadt der Republik Moldau ein derart schönes Hotel erleben zu dürfen. Auch die Preisgestaltung ist durchaus aungemessen… Einziger Kritikpunkt: der wunderschöne Spabereich ist nur für 30 Minuten und nur nach vorheriger Reservierung für Hotelgäste zu nutzen. Vielleicht findet die Hoteldirektion eine bessere Lösung. Denn Vergleichbares habe ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel weltweit noch nicht erlebt. Der kleine aber feine Fitnessraum hat mich dagegen sehr gefreut. Moderne TechnoGym-Geräte!

It’s the best hotel of Radisson chain I have ever visit. Exception services, helpful staff, comfortable beds, fluffiest pillows, the most tasty breakfasts with variety of local farmer’s food, fresh juices, vegan options. Everything is beyond of my expectations. Special thanks to Stefan for the warm hospitality and great help! We are staying only in this amazing hotel while visiting Chișinău!

After reading many reviews, we chose this hotel for a three night early summer break. The number 30 airport trolleybus (town hall stop) is a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel overlooks a park close to the arc triumph and cathedral. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within the vicinity. Opposite the hotel is the Fuior restaurant (see separate TA report) which offers a modern twist on Moldovan cuisine. The ground floor reception area includes a bar and seat area. Head to the 5th floor, and you will find the fitness / spa, Luds bar and grill, and the breakfast room. The receptionist who checked us in we presumed was having a bad day. She didn’t smile and was very perfunctory. Not a good start! However, the following eve, I asked the young male receptionist if they were able to charge my iPad due to broken lead. He was extremely helpful, and willingly charged my iPad. A very happy receptionist with a big smile. He deserves a recommendation from the management, We were allocated a room on the 4th floor. A very good size with twin beds, hanging space (a few more hangers would help), tea / coffee making facility, mini bar, air con, flat screen tv and writing desk. The shower room was modern and came with toiletries. The single beds were comfortable. Note that the room has a big full length mirror which is rare in many hotels. As per other reviews, the walls are rather thin, and you can hear your neighbours talking / tv. Be kind to your room neighbours and keep volume to acceptable level. The breakfast room is located on the 5th floor. I have travelled to many countries and I have to say this was one of the best breakfasts I have had. Plenty of hot and cold choices including smoked salmon, herring and Moldovan sparkling wine. The only thing missing (for me personally) was English breakfast tea. The barman who was making coffees made them to perfection. Luds bar and grill. This is located past the breakfast room. We decided to eat here on our last night. There are menus in the bedrooms so you can choose before you get there or order as room service. First tho we had to find the bar. A sign on a closed door at end of the corridor..,on opening we found a bright lively bar and grill. What a wonderful find! Being a bit lazy we both ordered the big kahuna burger and chips, followed by strudel. Both were very tasty and large portions - and excellent value! Thanks to Ivan the barman for excellent service. We enjoyed a good few hours at Luds. Note to hotel…get some decent signs from lift to Luds and keep the door open! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Location, good size room, excellent breakfast, super bar/food. A great choice for your Chisinau stay.

I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Thomas Albert is phenomenal; very well one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my European (Western and Eastern) and Balkan solo tour! The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town. You can walk to the main plaza where all of then sightseeing in a matter of 10 minutes. There are many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, currency exchange booths and shops around the hotel, as well as a medium sized supermarket called Linella about 400 metres from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. I simply loved the clean decor and lighting in the room. The bed was large and luxurious and I had my best sleeps in months! The duvet and pillows were the exact desired firmness and the mattress was also the perfect firmness! The bedding felt clean, crisp and brand new! The bathroom was very spacious and functional. I was positively amazed at all of the extra toiletries provided including large dispensers of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel all of excellent quality! The toilet was very modern, and the shower was a large walk-in shower equipped with your choice of adjustable shower head or overhead rain shower. The water temperature and pressure were consistent and just right! The towels were fluffy and the brightest white you could imagine! The hotel will offer free toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush on request, which I also thought was very throughout. There was a small vanity kit, vanity mirror and a shower cap also in the shower. The room was tastefully decorated with black and white photos, and was furnished with a large desk, a folding luggage storage rack, two bed side tables with soft above bed lighting, a large two door luggage storage cabinet with shelving, hangers, an electronic safe, an ironing table, shoe shown/polish, and slippers to wear in the room. There was also a large flatscreen tv in the room with plenty of international (English) channels to choose from, including CNN, National Geographic, BBC News, movie and entertainment channels. Wifi was secure/password-protected and very strong in the room and throughout the 3 story boutique hotel! Air conditioning was exceptional, and kept the room at the desired temperature with excellent air flow. The room also came with a mini fridge well stocked with mini bar items, complimentary water replenished daily, a little bedside chocolate on check-in, two elegant wine glasses with bottled local wine for purchase (100 Moldovan lei), a wine opener, an electric kettle, two espresso cups with saucers, two large coffee mugs, a nespresso style automatic coffee machine with two coffee capsules and a mixture of sugar, sweeteners and creamers. It was the little touches like above that brightened my day and made my stay the most comfortable it could be! The hotel also offers a self-use laundry service which I thought was genius. They even provide Euro coins for you to kick-start the machine and attentive staff monitor the laundry cycle. A 90 minute cycle costs 2

Обслуживание понравилось, дежурный администратор отвечала на все вопросы вежливо и корректно. Проводила до номера , всё рассказала и показала. Также быстро рано утром приняла номер при выселении.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)
