I stayed there with a group of people in early March 2022. I booked through booking.com, although it was called ”Hotel Santorini” there. When I arrived, they did not have the rooms I reserved and instead 2 of my group had to sleep on cots. The bathrooms were not clean and one bedroom was missing curtains and overlooked a busy street. On top of all this, I was charged IVA twice for an additional 40% on top of the quote I was given for the rooms. Unfortunately we were desperate and there were no other alternatives at the late time of night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The hotel is in an excellent, central location on a nice pedestrian street adjacent to a lovely park. And the service was great. The front desk staff helped me arrange guided tours of Moldova and also secured my transport to the airport. Very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here while visiting Chisinau.
