Booked the hotel through Trip.Com.. definitely value for money @Y8500/night.. size of room slightly bigger than Route Inn which is further up the road nearer the train station & comes with breakfast. Best Western just located further down the same road. Hotel Reception very efficient & helpful. Seven Eleven & Restaurant just next to the hotel.

Huge room esp for grp of 4. Near restaurants and mall.very convenient to walk to all. A very good yakitori just 100 m down .i would recommend if you need to catch early flight

Location near to airport , comfortable stay for next day morning flight.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is very near to Chitose JR Station, walking about 10min, The convenient store 7-11 is just beside the hotel, and Aeon Mall is just walking distance within 10 min. My family has a nice stay here and we definitely will come back again when we next visit Hokkaido.

Basic hotel near airport, beds were hard and not very comfortable. Hotel charge parking fee of 800yen so it’s not a very good deal. Better to try other hotels nearby.

The staff is friendly. It’s just that it’s hard to communicate with them as they don’t speak English. The instructions to the car park was not clearly stated.

The 4 beds room suits families which is spacious and bathroom size is okay too. The location is easily accessible too. Breakfast was okay but would be good to have a wider range especially we stayed for consecutive days.

The building and facilities are old. Concierge wasn’t that good in English. Location is good! Taxi to CTS airport only cost me 2200 yen

Super happy with the price we booked for this spacious room with four single beds, comfortable pillows and bedding. Sleep wear and deodorize spray are provided. Location is good for those who need to go Chitose airport for morning flight, it's not more than a hundred steps from the hotel entrance to the bus stop for Chitose airport (Morimoto Honten Mae bus stop). This hotel has no public bath; the toilet and bathroom are in the same space separated with shower curtain.
