Sharing the same block with the more luxury Sunway Resorts Hotel. The lift is in that hotel basement 1. There's no reception counter and you have to call the number in your voucher the person in charge to give you your key. The room is spacious and good for 3 guests. Do not lose your key after six pm because that guy who checks you in won't be there anymore until the next day. Just within the hotel is Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, one of the best in Kuala Lumpur.

Hope to have better channels. Even free channels have more than what is provided. The rest is ok. Hope have record for sanitisation.

The room is in poor condition. The bathroom is dirty with mould stains. The shower head is rusty… who would shower with it? Some lights are not working. Lampshades are stained. We saw two cockroaches running around in the bathroom when we checked into the room. We are on the 16th floor! There are cockroaches? So they must be nested in the room somewhere. The bed is creaking badly every time someone turns in the bed.
