The location is close to domestic, entrance at 2nd floor between counter E and F. Terminal close 11 PM. Hot spring need to walk to the centre of terminal at 4th floor oasis park.

Pros: 1. Hotel is conveniently located in the Domestic airport terminal. The lift actually brings you directly to the arrival/departure hall 2. Free breakfast & Onsen 3. Get to see the planes up close. Runway is right outside the window 4. Near to shopping street Cons: 1. Hotel is a bit old (it’s clean though), need to use physical keys to open door kind 2. Domestic terminal closes at 11.30pm, so must make sure to reach before then. All other shops and convenient stores closes early

Great place to stay and super convenient since it is right above the domestic terminal

1. Good for early flight and there is no need to rush 2. Lobby located at L3 , and there is entrance located at L2 departure counter side. 3. Free onsen bath (2600 yen) , it is located at another side with 5- 7 min walking distance, 4. Complimentary simple buffet breakfast 5. Not cheap as their selling point is time and convenience.

Breakfast is so good.Food is various and delicious. Especially soft cream is so yummy. Location is very convenience. Has all amenities that are required.

Very easily accessible professional staffs, hotel breakfast was great and clean rooms. Conviniences all around esp shopping, eateries and JR Trains to hokkaido cities. Will be back definetely for sure..#1 choice no doubt about it.

Conveniently located. We had one of the first flights out in the morning and we didn't want to get up super early just to get to the airport. We did not partake in the onsen but when you stay you get a free access ticket to the onsen at the airport. The room was clean and quiet. We have zero complaints.

Hotel in New Chitose Airport. Spacious room enough for 2adults + 1kid. No extra bed but they converted a sofa bed into a bed for my kid. Buffet breakfast ok. It was a great deal to book via trip.com.

If you like planes it's a must to stay at this hotel as you can view planes all day from your room. Facilities is a bit old but it's clean.

It is very inconvenient to find the hotel and very small for 3 persons

Is situated within the airport, just above the check in counter, super convenient for early flights. And free use of onsen within airport.

I love this hotel..beyond my expectations. The room is huge. I booked single room. The reception is super nice especially the guy I forgot his name. Very helpful and gives me the best solution for my problem. Stay one night and got free breakfast. It's a big hotel with many rooms and easy access. If you from international flight simply go to 2nd floor lift and up to 3rd floor for the lobby and if you are in domestic flights just go out from gate 3 and gets in on gate 4 or 5 both are oke..you will see the sign of air terminal hotel..walk thru the lounge behind and press the 3rd floor for lobby. Very clean and comfortable beds and shower adjustable for hot water is perfect. Will be back again. My room overlooking to runway 😍
