Amazing service and good! Rashmi provided an amazing service, very helpful and kind! Also the kitchen staff were amazing! Food also was great, diverse food plates and dishes. The views are great, pool scenery is great. I recommend this hotel, is very close to the airport as well (5 min).

The staff are extremely attentive. The chefs perfectly adhered to our requests and the food was absolutely delicious. There was a wide selection of western and local food from pizza to momo. The pool was also beautiful but I think the gym needs some more equipment. I didn’t get to try out the spa but I did see a sauna in the changing room!

Everything was good but it needed a little more hygiene in the toilet area in the rooms and even near the swimming pool area The staff was very good happy to help and friendly Keshav subedi and sujan mahato were prompt in the dinning area... I don't know their names but there were these two very cute fun loving people who took us for our jungle safari in the jeep..he was little gollu mollu like me...and he danced beautifully in the tharu village event in the evening...

Had a great experience overall.” “Been here several times and always enjoy location and nice rooms…However upon checking in was told they are under construction and I should expect quite a bit of construction noise. I had several calls I took from my room the next morning and found the noise very noticeable. Also, lobby is completely torn up… I may be back, but definitely not until construction is complete.”

PPengguna TetamuThe retreat is a perfect mixture of calm and adventure. Each room reflects the indigenous design with every element carefully chosen, right from the wood to the verandah in the bathroom, the private pool to the blinds at the Rapti Villa. This coupled with a team that goes above and beyond to ask you at every point about how your stay is going. I remember everyone from the chef to the receptionist to the GM checking on us about our stay. The food was a classic Indo-Nepali affair on Day 1 and a Japanese set menu for lunch on day 2. The jungle safari and boat ride were to say the least, breathtaking. We saw a herd of 6 rhinos with the naturalist giving us interesting tidbits about the animal and the forest. The evening was a cultural affair with the Tharu dance performance where we danced with the locals over scrumptious food. There's a lot to do and yet one can choose to do nothing. Just sitting at the lawns overlooking the Rapti is a wondrous feeling; self reflective, calming and symbiotic with nature. I've rarely seen a property that combines the beauty of nature in such a perfect setting and makes you miss it terribly once back. Meghaul Serai, A Taj Safari is one of those.

Amazing hotel- I had a perfect trip here! The hotel organised everything- jungle trek, canoeing and jeep safari as well as my bus onwards to Pokhara. They organised every pickup and drop off, I didn’t have to do any planning! It was a luxury experience at a budget price!! Staff were all extremely kind, helpful and always very friendly. Beautiful views of the mountains and my room was perfect, I would have stayed longer if I could!

PPengguna TetamuVery nice hotel very close to the Chitwan national park. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We did a canoe and jeep safari with a guide called Babu. He is very knowledgeable and points out so many birds and animals you would normally not spot yourself. Also he tells you a lot of facts about the park and it’s history which makes the exploration with him entertaining as well as most interesting. What I would recommend the hotel to do: Provide 2 bottles of water just once in the beginning of a stay and then have the guests fill their bottles themselves at a water dispenser. That would be good for the environment and it would save costs for the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this Resort in last week of March 2022. The property is clean, very good service, warm and friendly people. And efficiently manage the various safaris. Post Covid, they are still working with limited staff, but put in lot of effort. The rooms, pool, garden. Every thing is clean and well maintained. Wifi is pretty good Very pleasant stay with family. Located close to the market, and cultural centers.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here for two nights. This resort hotel overlooks the River Rapti and it was possible to view wildlife, including on one occasion a one-horned rhino from my room. My room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. My tours within the Chitwan National Park were organised by the hotel and included walks in the immediate locality, a river journey, a walk in the jungle and a long journey in a four wheel drive viewing vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed them. A memorable and most enjoyable stay.
