Ulasan Chongqing MAX Fanshi Hotel (Jiefangbei Raffles City)

According to the photos this was expected to be one of the most amazing hotels I've ever been in. In reality it bears most of what the photos show, but feels quite differently from the luxury shown there - mainly because the rooms are small and worst of all - very low. They have obviously used some high floor space to create 2 floors inside it - and the result, even though everything inside is high quality, modern, new and very clean - feels more like a budget hotel than a real 4-star hotel. But considering the price I paid, I was more than happy to stay there for a few days. Actually this is the first time in my life in which I have a multimedia projector instead of TV in the room, which was a real experience. :-) However, since 99% of the content is in Chinese, there's nothing a foreigner can watch on it, which is a pity. :-) But considering the absolutely top location - just across the street from Raffles City, this was probably one of the best possible deals in Chongqing.
