It's hard to find the right check in, but here is how: 1) take elevator 3 or 4 to the fifth floor (elevator 1 and 2 need swipe cards) 2) look for room 511, the floor is not that big and you should find it easily. 3) hope that someone is in the room. You can try to call, but you are in the right place. The room was really spacious and even had a laundry machine. There were coat hangers as well but no place to hang them. The lightsensor might reach the bed from time to time but that is nothing a piece of toilet paper with a bit of spit can't fix. All in all it's a really nice accommodation!

Loved the room that we had, very comfortable and is in great location. Needs a better clean in bathroom. It is extremely difficult to find, we weren’t given any instructions for check in. Look for the hotel number 4 and then call the linked number on trip.com and wait for him.

the room was spacious and clean, as were the bed linen and towels. white towels and white bed linen. there was bottled water only on the first day and the room was not cleaned every day. maybe it would have been if I had asked, but I didn't. the hotel is close to the Metro station, but the Metro station is actually up the hill. it may be a problem in the whole city since the city is on a hilly terrain. near the hotel in the same street there were several bus stops that are good for transportation.

第一次如此認真的評價：房間是初一下單的，第二天快到酒店了告知所訂房間一個投影壞了，一個馬桶壞了，給我們另外兩間房，退差價15一間，要不就給我們退單。搜尋附近都沒有房源衹能入住，結果801房電視也是壞的，802房水小得焦人。整個房間的衞生也是極差。大過年的你們兩間房是不是真壞你們心裡有數？如此沒有誠信的經營也是必須公告一下

房東人不錯，有什麼事情都能很快回復，也提供了不少旅遊攻略，住的地方是在居民大樓裏，很新很乾凈，房間衞生也不錯。去解放碑洪崖洞步行幾分鐘，可以省點打車費買吃的了✌🏻

房間環境很好，前台態度也很好溝通也及時，還特別貼心的發了詳細的位置離解放碑挺近的對面就是很多飯店邊上就是網紅打卡地白象街，很不錯
