I chose this hotel because it’s very close to the airport, and it offers free breakfast and an airport shuttle service, making it perfect for people catching early morning flights. The hotel staff are very polite, and I appreciate how attentively they serve the guests. The bed in the hotel room is very comfortable and great for sleeping.

Wonderful stay. Room is huge, breakfast is good. The only thing is need to pay 1,000 yen for one hour late check out.

This place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

It’s a great hotel for short stays. Everything that you need is provided here. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is close to the airport and it provides shuttle bis to take you to and from airport. Very convenient and fast check and clean room, a typical Toyoko Inn, but the room was surprisingly the biggest hotel room I ever seen in Japan even larger then U.S. size. Overall, very good choice of hotel.

The only reason why you’d stay there is of course the location. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Staff are not particularly pleasant or welcoming. It’s more like a factory processing people rather than service. Very cold feel overall, no warmth. Room was big but so outdated , felt like stepping back into the 79s-80s. Very disappointing for a Japanese hotel.

Everything was great

Really liked the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the narita airport terminals. The service was really quick and easy as well - auto check in and check out! Timetables of the bus services are readily available at the lobby too.

The location of the hotel to the airport is extremely good. The hotel room was very small so 9 m² Check in and out very easily. The service is Japanese, friendly, but also very simple. The breakfast buffet, good and sufficient.

I stayed at the hotel with my mom. Very efficient because we needed to wait for my cousin arriving on next morning. Beds good, bathroom clean, there’s a Lawson in the Lobby so we had some snacks there and the breakfast was ok! 👍 The shuttle from the airport and to the airport is very convenient 🙌

Exceeds our expectation even though we only had 1 night to rest before our morning flight. Impressed by the self-card machine upon arriving!! There were staffs on standby to assist us if I needed help with the machine too. I appreciate the time availabilities of the shuttle bus service which makes travelling to airport super comfortable in the early morning to catch our 8am flight. 🥰
