The room is clean and nice , the location is great and the staff are very kind and helpful

It was amazing! Really enjoyed staying there the room was clean and had everything I need, what really makes a difference it’s the staff, they make you feel so comfortable! I felt like I was in the house of my best friend or a family member, also the location it’s really convenient! I stayed in a single room I will definitely come back any time that i visit Chongqing! 🥰🎊🧧🧧🧧

Convenience location you can just walked n walked to each places. Easy to find.

Excellent hostel! The bed is comfortable, there are a lot of showers and toilets, meaning there's no waiting time. There are cool areas to hang out and meet other travellers. Metro line 2 is close and the 22nd floor square is less than a 10 minute walk away. The staff speaks English.

The hostel is right in front of the subway station, which was super convenient! The staff was really nice and gave us an upgrade for free, and also lots of recommendations of things to visit in Chongqing. The view from the room we stayed was amazing! The place is also very near Hongya Cave. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Located right next to the subway exit, this hostel is also walking distance to many attractions and shopping spots. There are convenience stores located outside level 1 and 3 as well. Room was clean and spacious. If you are coming from the subway or carrying luggage, you can take the lift at level 1 up to the hostel at level 8. Otherwise, there is also another entrance/exit at level 3. Do note that you might have to wait longer for the lifts during peak hours. Overall this is a great place to stay.

staff were very helpful, very clean and nice hostel. The aesthetic of the place is super cute, with frogs everywhere, and an adorable resident cat!!! Probably the best hostel i’ve stayed in, highly highly recommend! Did I mention they have a cat!!

Stayed 4 nights in 4 person dorm Expectation/Reality: the room was about the same as the pictures, although it’s quite cramped in the room. There’s not much space other than for the beds and the lockers which were a very good size. Security: very good, it’s on the 8th floor of the building. There’s a lock to the room and to the lockers, very secure place. Hygiene: not bad, showers and toilets seems to be clean regularly and the common space is clean. The bed room walls are a bit dirty but the bunks are clean. Hospitality: generally good, no complaints, staff helpful. Social Atmosphere: pretty good for Chinese hostel, they seemed to have some movie events but not clearly advertised for foreigners. Overall met expectations and places you in the downtown core of CQ where lots of tourist attractions are and close to the metro.

Heye Hostel was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed with a cozy, modern vibe. The common areas had a great atmosphere, perfect for meeting other travelers or just relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and easy to navigate. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’d definitely recommend Heye Hostel to anyone looking for a warm, inviting place to stay!

I booked a bed in a 6-bed dormitory, with AC. The dormitory is a large enough, so you do not feel packed at all, especially they have large lockers to store your luggage. The bed is a bunk bed, large enough, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm and the hostel, you have access to 5 showers, 5 toilets, a squat toilet, 5 sinks. All was clean. Laundry facilities. The WiFi could be better. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient, close to metro station, bus stop to the Airport, time's square. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

Comfy room, friendly and helpful staff, that spoke a bit of English. Good amenities and super cute puppy on the night shift!

The area is nice, however the rooms are facing a road that is really busy and no noise cancelation windows which make it difficult to sleep. Plus, I requested a quiet room and been put up next to the shared bathrooms and toilets. But for a couple of days on budget, this is definitely the choice to make.
