This place is really a mess up… Check in they don’t have any organization, we can’t stay lined up for check in, Asians guys they don’t have a good behavior that’s why nobody respects any line… Our room it was dirty with some mosquito, nails, and hair on the ground… Refrigerator was missing in our room… Swimming pool area don’t have any umbrella…they just have a big roof with some chairs and everyone stay there together without any privacy… Restaurant is totally Asian style, nothing western to eat… Breakfast the quality of the products is really so poor

Beautiful building, far from city center but hotel is nice indeed.

phòng ốc tòa cũ, thiết bị đã cũ. bàn ghế ngoài ban công đã gỉ sét, mốc. Đồ ăn bình thường, không hợp khẩu vị vị trí quá xa trung tâm, đường đi khó tìm trên map, cảnh view bình thường, dịch vụ cũng bt. nói chung là so với 5 sao thì tôi thấy chưa xứng, khá thất vọng.

"I truly made the right decision when my family and I chose Vedana Resort as our destination for the recent holiday. Everything was so gentle and left me feeling completely satisfied. Words like 'meticulous and thorough' might not even suffice to describe the attentive service I experienced here. The Northern countryside scenery is perfect for family getaways like this! Peaceful

Our company trip to Wyndham Grand Vedana Ninh Binh was a major disappointment. Despite its 5-star rating, the hotel failed to deliver on basic standards of cleanliness and service. Several rooms were dirty at check-in, with stained bed sheets (dirt marks, moldy, blood stains), dusty mirrors, dirty toilets, and used towels left in the sink. To make matters worse, we were only given one key per room, despite having two people in each. Additionally, some rooms were even missing their fridge, hair dryer, combs, and irons. When we complained, the staff were rude and dismissive, even questioning why we called instead of addressing the issue directly. We were forced to wait for rooms to be cleaned rather than being offered an immediate room change. The breakfast was bland, and when we asked the hotel if they could waive minor damage fees in light of the issues we faced, they refused, demanding payment for damages while offering no compensation for their own failings. The facilities and service were far below what you'd expect from a 5-star resort, and overall, it felt like a 3-star experience at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thanks for amazing exprience from your team; I came here with my team in a early winter day - the wheather is pretty cold but by all things you support make me feel respected & loved like at home. The best thing that is about people (the staff) - they are really friendly & kindlly; Surely, I will come back!

I font of scenery, that why i chose this resort for my family destination. The first impression was receptionist, they were friendly and helpful, always smile on themface. My room is villa 2 bed rooms with lakeview back. my daughter likes small swimming pool here. Buffet breakfast was amazing, especially Bun Ngang, I really love it. If you want to enjoy some local food, just 5 minutes on the rightside from the main gate, there are a lot of local food, it very delicious (personally speaking 😊) It take around 15 minutes by motobike to the Cuc Phuong forest (hightly recommend by motobike). Over 1hour to Trang An (the famous destination in Ninh Binh), enjoy scenery and fresh air here. 😍. I spent 3D2N but its not enough for me here. I'll be back soon. Love alls ❤️

It may have the Wyndham name but it doesn’t have the standards and services of any of its other properties. From entering the reception you would believe it is indeed a 5 star resort from the beautiful decor, but unfortunately thats not the case. There needs to be a clear and concise idea of who the target market is for this property. Is it a luxurious retreat submerged in nature, offering peace and tranquility? Or is it a KTV and disco party hotel that blasts out music next to the newly built luxury huts on the lake? I cannot fathom what management are thinking, how on earth would you give the go ahead to have Vin-house music blasting at sunset until 10pm (while people have escaped the city to get away from these very noises?). Please sort out the pool area, so much money has been spent on building that pool and you’ve totally butchered it. There’s about five different kinds of chairs made from different materials shoved messily at the back of the deck. Why is no one making the area look clean and appealing? The huts (while aesthetically pleasing) are very disappointing. They have been placed in the noisiest part of the resort with no soundproofing. You can hear people talking, singing, shouting - you name it you’ll hear it. Forget trying to have a relaxing moment watching the fish as the sun sets because apparently you need a Vin-house rendition of Barbie girl.

I brought my family to this resort and we all were very stunned by what we experienced. 5-star rating as expected with location, service and decor. a wide range of breakfast from Western to Asian. Staff and management are on top form here too. highly recommended resort for the price

Tha resort si very huge and well organized. The swimming pool is very good, there is a swimming pool inside too. The staff is very kind. There is also a very good restaurant inside a big hood structure. The atmosphere is quite so is a perfect place to rest some days
