The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. The front desk service was excellent. The laundry service was very efficient and well-managed; all you have to do is place your clothes in the laundry room and write down your room number. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I had a great experience. It's conveniently located near Chongqing University, and the service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly attentive, patient, and friendly, providing excellent service. The room itself was great – clean and spotless. My overall stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. The hotel also boasts an excellent location, right next to Yizhong (First High School), with Longhu Tianjie mall conveniently close by.

The facilities are excellent, and the service was fantastic. The breakfast was quite good, and they even provided a thoughtful complimentary gift. The in-room snacks were also delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the road, making it very easy to find. It was very clean, and both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were excellent. I was particularly impressed with the laundry room; they provide detergent and disinfectant, offer drying services, and even deliver the clothes back to your room. Thumbs up for the service! For breakfast, they provide children's cutlery, and in the evening, congee is served from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had excellent natural light. (I forgot to take daytime photos, so these are all evening shots.) It was incredibly comfortable to stay in. Absolutely loved it!

Atour Hotels consistently impress, and this particular branch was no exception. The room had good soundproofing, and the amenities were brand new. The bedding was comfortable, the hairdryer worked perfectly, and the shower offered excellent, stable water pressure. A great feature is the 'Zhuju' (reading lounge) on the second floor of the lobby, which offers a wide selection of books for free borrowing. At checkout, the front desk thoughtfully asked for feedback on my stay and even provided complimentary bottled water. A truly excellent experience!

Highly satisfied with my stay! The front desk service was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean, and amenities were complete. The bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the strong water pressure, quick hot water, and ideal water temperature. The soundproofing was also great, making for a very peaceful and reassuring stay. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, even offering local Chongqing noodles.

The Atour Hotel in Shapingba, Chongqing (near Three Gorges Square High-Speed Rail Station) has a fantastic atmosphere, but their service is truly exceptional. It was my wife's birthday during our stay, and they thoughtfully surprised her with flowers and a cake. We're very grateful to Atour Hotel!

Environment: The hotel boasts an attractive exterior. Security is excellent inside, with key card access required to operate the elevators. Service: The front desk staff provided exceptional service, making for a truly enjoyable experience.

The front desk staff provided incredibly warm and friendly service, even kindly offering a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great selection of fresh dishes. All rooms are equipped with a desk, making them very convenient for business travelers. The hotel also features a book bar with plenty of books to read, and the fresh flowers in the lobby were a lovely touch.

The room was comfortable and clean! The air conditioning was great. The front desk and support staff were incredibly attentive. We especially appreciated the complimentary late-night snack of congee and other tasty dishes, which was a huge help for our child who wasn't used to Chongqing's local food. That was truly amazing! Complimentary laundry service was also a big plus. The breakfast was incredibly generous with a wide selection, and the staff providing it had a wonderful attitude!
