Ulasan 哇小屋民宿（北京路店）

Great location 2 min walk from Beijing Lu metro station. Check in process was not very easy for a non-chinese speaker, but the security guy did everything to help us solve the issue, big thanks for this. Overall the checkin process took app 20-25 minutes. We had to pay a deposit, that was immediately returned after check out. The apartment is ok, still some aspects to be solved in terms of hygiene and furniture that looks pretty used - especially the table in the dining room and the kitchen utensils. What was really funny is the carpet in the dining room being covered by a plastic protection :)) dear owners, i recommend to stop using that kitschy plastic protection, or if the carpet is so important for you you should take it off there. The apartament is nice, but this thing looks very un appropriate for it. Bed sofa a little bit to hard for my taste. Overall, above average aps in guangzhou.

My family had a great time staying at this Airbnb, the place is comfortable, aircond is so strong, due to Guangzhou hot weather, we even felt lazy to go out with the nice aircond. It has all necessary things in home, washing machine, kitchen stuffs, hair dryer.. The best thing is this place is very convenient location, walking distance to mrt station n tmall, Beijing lu. Lots of street food over there. Overall we enjoyed our stay! :) recommended for a big family to stay together.

I had a lovely stay at Xiaowu in Guangzhou. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything was smooth and pleasant, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great except disposal towels. Just not too used to it but it's just me. The rest was great!

Great location, walking distance to metro station and it is just beside a mall and Bei Jing Lu street. The rooms are spacious and in good condition.

We went to Guangzhou in December. 6 of us. The apartment is in a good location for a walking distance, to Beijing pedestrian street ,shopping malls and Haizhu Square, apartment is organised and has a ball pit for kids to play in and spacious for everyone. We had four bedrooms, washing machine and kitchen to cook if we want. Great for family bonding. The apartment provided a good stock of necessities. Many restaurants nearby and host is quick to respond. Would love to come back here again.

Overall a nice cosy place to hangout with friends. However, do take note the projector screen in the living room does not provide free movies/entertainment. You will need to have an account and pay for each subscription. Automatic mahjong table was provided but there was no mahjong tiles and chips. If you are looking to play mj with your friends pls double check with owner before booking. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Day 1 when we just checked in, Saw used tissue papers behind the living room sofa. The toilet dustbins (level 1) were not cleared too. Floor was a little dusty/sticky you need to wear the home slippers provided to walk around. Bedrooms was very small, can fit to open only 1 luggage. The rest of us had to lay our luggages in the living room. One very serious problem (for me and my friends) was the bed. The “bed” was extremely hard, almost as if you are sleeping on the floor. I have never encountered any hotels/apartments with this kind of bed. There is 0 cushioning. I was unable to sleep for the first 2 nights and I got very bad backaches after I checked out. Will definitely NOT recommend this apartment until they change the mattress.

The room is very clean , the air con worked really well . Location very good ! Will stay here again when i’m back to guangzhou

Good service, location, big

照片就是照騙吧，房間更是一言難盡，卧室基本就是無窗户，噪音就是幾分鐘一趟轟隆隆，一晚上也別想睡吧，床品也是幾百年前的吧，通風更別提了，礦泉水住幾天都是給剛開始的區區幾瓶，可見老闆的的用心服務吧，衞生間連個放護膚品，衣服的地方都是沒有，可能老闆是綠色低碳的公益使者吧，衹能説是遇見的最爛公寓民宿

這套民宿最最最滿意的是地理位置，真的是絕佳，離地鐵口很近，出門步行幾百米就是北京路，周邊陶陶居、點都德喝早茶都是步行幾百米，非常適合逛吃逛吃的朋友們！房東服務也很及時，值得推薦！

地理位置非常好，在繁華地段出行方便。 安保非常好，門衞很盡責。 房間衞生乾淨、美觀，使用感不錯。

地理位置很好，離北京路步行街和海珠廣場都很近，離兩邊地鐵站也都很近，旁邊還有一個大商場。小區有門衞，安全能保證。

適合一家出行，交通和餐飲都很方便，離天字碼頭也很近，走走就到。
