房間設施： 房間非常寬敞，佈置得温馨而舒適。床鋪柔軟，傢俱實用，給人一種家的感覺。房間內的設施一應俱全，無論是辦公桌還是休閑區域，都設計得非常貼心。 衞生情況： 床單、浴巾等都非常乾淨，房間內沒有異味，讓我感到非常安心。 服務體驗： 酒店的服務人員態度友好，服務周到。從入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感到賓至如歸。他們對客人的需求反應迅速，總是帶着微笑，讓人感到温暖。 地理位置： 酒店的地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊設施齊全，無論是商務出差還是旅遊觀光，都非常便利。 下次如果有機會再來崇左，我一定會再次選擇這裏。強烈推薦給需要在崇左住宿的朋友們！

I stayed one night in October 2024 and was very pleasantly surprised. Better than expected in all regards. The reception desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. A little bit of English could be spoken. Public transportation to downtown is next to the hotel (route 4 and 7). The route 8 stop is a 5 minutes walk. I did not eat breakfast nor did I eat outside so I cannot tell about the food offering. That part of the city is a bit remote so nothing fancy. The stone forest park and the museum are very close. The room I had (702 on the 7th floor) was large and very quiet. As noted by other reviewers it is a bit old but all was in good condition and working. The air conditioning system was efficient and silent. No fridge available. Good bathroom and good shower. Comfy bed (to my taste). I had a very good sleep which, in my case, is quite rare. I would not hesitate to come back as it exceeded my expectations based on rather average reviews and an unexpensive price.

Amazing stay at Yunlu. Amazing service from the wonderful staff. Extremely quiet location. Beautiful scenery around. Great breakfast (no buffet). Large rooms with great views. Even a small pool (more for children). I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service that the staff provided. Joyous staff. Good feelings. Not much English spoken (well basically none as is usual in China based on my experience) but with the help of the various apps and a positive attitude this is practically not a real issue. It can even be fun. Anyway they fulfilled all my requests and more than that (incl. for the breakfast as I suffer from diabetes) and always made sure I was happy and enjoying my stay. The rooms I had (2 stays) were very large. The air conditioning was very efficient and silent. The views were so enjoyable (yes out there in Mingshi there are better views of course but still). The large bed was very comfortable. Big sofa, tables, chairs ... and a lot of space. Nice bathroom with good shower. A fridge was available and included some ”free” drinks. I found the location perfect as it is not in the village itself but on the other side of the little river. So it is very quiet. A very short drive to the village and even walking requires no more than 30 minutes. Restaurants are only available in the village and bike rentals are way cheaper in the village too. I would certainly not recommend the local shop close to the hotel for rentals as the deals proposed are absurd (well prices the owner articulated were simply exorbitant). I will definitely return to Mingshi as I loved the region and there is so much to discover. I will quite certainly look no further than the Yunlu. Location. Peacefulness. But above all because of the extraordinary customer friendly attitude and the good spirit of the ”team”.

先説結論：不是遛娃的周邊本地人別來！要風景沒風景要服務沒服務！！沒啥度假體驗！！！ 1 位於小村落的荒野，所以其一除了民宿裏周邊沒有可玩性，景點距離也都要開車1.5h起步。其二 交通對於非自駕遊客很不友好，酒店提供崇左站的接或送，但是是衹能二選一的單程服務，老闆這設定是想表達主打一個有去無回？？？酒店還友情提醒旅客這個民宿地點打車滴滴幾乎無望。衹要外出也幾乎衹能用他們的包車服務。 2 作為目的地宿集，可以説是非常無聊，所有公共區都巴掌大，要啥沒啥，泳池在這個季節也是擺設，免費活動也無聊至極。房間還設在公共區，參觀者來來回回的毫無私隱可言。 3 對於廣西處處風光來説，周邊自然風景很一般，和宣傳片裏的如同買家秀和賣家秀。民宿設計是仿東南亞特色，但是錢花的不到位很有點東施效顰那調調，誰住誰知道。 4 餐廳是宿集四家民宿共用，早中晚餐都是同一個草帽屋，所以空間不夠要分流用餐，可能人手也不夠用品也不夠，才會出現用餐時間盤子用完了的情況。更離譜的是工作人員引導我們坐臟桌子上等她們洗好盤子，上一桌剛用餐完畢的臟桌布提示了幾次都不更換？？三五百的民宿或酒店都不可能出現這種狀況。 5 員工培訓不到位，不夠靈活也不懂如何向上反饋。比如平台配的兩晚套餐餐食都是簸箕飯，因為第一份吃了覺得不合口味，找前台工作人員協商第二天的飯能否更換一下菜品或者換個普通下午茶。答：套餐定好的不能換，不合口味推薦去村子裏的某家店吃。我可以理解她是出於好心，但是沒有這麼做服務的度假村？？？還有我們反饋房間的洗澡設備的問題，也是走個流程。再比如我們致電反饋遇到的許多問題，前端工作人員説很重視我們的體驗經理馬上來和我溝通，然後我和我先生立馬從床上爬起來把睡衣換掉。等了半小時等來了前台送了兩份甜品，加一句不好意思經理不在。我和我先生真的哭笑不得。 6 原本我們計劃住兩晚去看跨國瀑布，被折騰了一番臨時改變計劃提前回南寧吃了三天，更覺得香格里拉太香了。有一點要特別感謝的是海燕經理第二天還是非常友好的安撫了我們的不愉快，也滿足了我們退掉第二天的訂單的訴求。 可能我比較膚淺，對度假酒店最基本的功能要求是要滿足躺平吃好喝好，希望你們不要當成批評，把以上看作為改進的建議吧。

The hotel was easy to find. A very beautiful and new hotel. The lobby looks elegant. The room is large and comfortable. WiFi worked well. The shower had good pressure and temperature. I wish the tv had better movie options. The hotel was great, but please be careful of the local DiDi drivers. All of our drivers tried to cheat us.

房間乾淨整潔，空間很大，不虧是適合親子的高奢民宿，晚上有天琴表演，下午茶和晚安甜品很好吃，早餐更驚艷了，可以送到房間，白天大人在拍照，小朋友們可以餵動物，象龜餵食的體驗非常好，還可以體驗黑水河垂釣，欣賞美麗的日落！

訂的是豪華房，分在高樓層，房間設施保養不錯，沒有異味，科技感較高，正面對着瀑布和泳池，泳池水很乾凈，每天都有人測量各項水質。酒店環境不錯，每名服務人員都面帶微笑，很温馨。酒店早餐很豐富，我們住的那天酒店人少，但並沒有影響到用餐的品質。酒店佔地很大目前還在擴建。稍微影響入住的就是離縣城較遠，外出用餐需自駕。

非常棒的體驗，酒店在老木棉景區裏，滿眼的綠色，環境優美，酒店管理總體做的不錯，配套的餐飲做的很不錯，一日三餐都有，品種豐富，價格合理。房間很乾凈，有點東南亞的風格，實木的裝修，其實這種風格的裝修在潮濕的南方是容易陳舊的，酒店維護的還不錯，沒有一丁點的黴味，這就很不錯了，提供的洗浴用品質量也很好，木頭的大浴缸配備了一次性的塑料袋，這個細節很感人。床品質量都很乾凈，對於這個價位來説，還有啥好説的，這樣的品質放在浙江，房價起碼翻2倍，真搞不懂評論區有些評價説不好的，用的是什麼樣的標準

Love everything about this hotel. The room is new, big and comfy with thick white towels. Free transportation to the nearest railway station. Next to a big shopping mall. Highly recommended. Staff are helpful and polite.
