這家麗呈酒店環境不錯，停車方便有地下停車場。房間寬敞，早餐豐富，電梯多且可自主選擇按樓層近的那一個，效率高。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，積極響應我們的需求，在這裏度過了愉快的時光。

房子雖然是別墅型的，但是設備太陳舊了，連個象樣的桌子都沒有，服務員對客人也比較冷淡，住店體驗比較差，另外餐廳服務意識比較差，最後一天小孩身體不舒服，去不了餐廳就餐，和服務員商量帶2個點心給小孩（有餐卷的），很遺憾服務員一口拒絕，中間還出來一個貌似小領導的，也是沒有一點同情心，完全拒絕我們的請求，我們説明是另外付了餐費的，結果還是商量無果，我們非常的無奈。可是同樣的事情我們在雲南大理全季酒店也過到過，服務員不但不拒絕，還幫助把早餐送到房間，況且全季酒店是免費提供早餐的，同樣的事情二種結果，我們行程到了崇左已是40多天了，之前已經入住過10多家酒店，僅此這家城府花墅酒店體驗最差，希望貴店改進機械教條式服務，教條機械式管理衹會傷害客户。

先説結論：不是遛娃的周邊本地人別來！要風景沒風景要服務沒服務！！沒啥度假體驗！！！ 1 位於小村落的荒野，所以其一除了民宿裏周邊沒有可玩性，景點距離也都要開車1.5h起步。其二 交通對於非自駕遊客很不友好，酒店提供崇左站的接或送，但是是衹能二選一的單程服務，老闆這設定是想表達主打一個有去無回？？？酒店還友情提醒旅客這個民宿地點打車滴滴幾乎無望。衹要外出也幾乎衹能用他們的包車服務。 2 作為目的地宿集，可以説是非常無聊，所有公共區都巴掌大，要啥沒啥，泳池在這個季節也是擺設，免費活動也無聊至極。房間還設在公共區，參觀者來來回回的毫無私隱可言。 3 對於廣西處處風光來説，周邊自然風景很一般，和宣傳片裏的如同買家秀和賣家秀。民宿設計是仿東南亞特色，但是錢花的不到位很有點東施效顰那調調，誰住誰知道。 4 餐廳是宿集四家民宿共用，早中晚餐都是同一個草帽屋，所以空間不夠要分流用餐，可能人手也不夠用品也不夠，才會出現用餐時間盤子用完了的情況。更離譜的是工作人員引導我們坐臟桌子上等她們洗好盤子，上一桌剛用餐完畢的臟桌布提示了幾次都不更換？？三五百的民宿或酒店都不可能出現這種狀況。 5 員工培訓不到位，不夠靈活也不懂如何向上反饋。比如平台配的兩晚套餐餐食都是簸箕飯，因為第一份吃了覺得不合口味，找前台工作人員協商第二天的飯能否更換一下菜品或者換個普通下午茶。答：套餐定好的不能換，不合口味推薦去村子裏的某家店吃。我可以理解她是出於好心，但是沒有這麼做服務的度假村？？？還有我們反饋房間的洗澡設備的問題，也是走個流程。再比如我們致電反饋遇到的許多問題，前端工作人員説很重視我們的體驗經理馬上來和我溝通，然後我和我先生立馬從床上爬起來把睡衣換掉。等了半小時等來了前台送了兩份甜品，加一句不好意思經理不在。我和我先生真的哭笑不得。 6 原本我們計劃住兩晚去看跨國瀑布，被折騰了一番臨時改變計劃提前回南寧吃了三天，更覺得香格里拉太香了。有一點要特別感謝的是海燕經理第二天還是非常友好的安撫了我們的不愉快，也滿足了我們退掉第二天的訂單的訴求。 可能我比較膚淺，對度假酒店最基本的功能要求是要滿足躺平吃好喝好，希望你們不要當成批評，把以上看作為改進的建議吧。
