Overall I was pleased with my stay at the Kaixuan hotel. Great large room with a very comfy bed, good air conditioning system, nice bathroom and a small fridge (not cool enough to my taste though). Large indoor swimming pool (head/hair covering required). Good gym/fitness. Nice helpful staff at the reception (no English spoken except for one young lady).
Though it is technically downtown I suppose if feels a bit remote. A quiet area facing the river. Public transportation is available via one single route (no 8). It is almost a 2 Km walk to the central railway station for the local trains (not the high speed ones). Not many eating opportunities immediately around so eating out requires to walk 1 to 1.5 Km.

The hotel is located in the middle section of Youyi Avenue, next to the Municipal Finance Bureau/State Taxation Bureau/Land Bureau, adjacent to the Municipal Government/Municipal People's Hospital/Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities, surrounded by Chongzuo Bus Station, Chongzuo Railway Station, Chongzuo Zhuang Museum, and national 4A level Shijinglin-Garden Expo Park Scenic Area, Vientiane Mall, Taiping Ancient City Attractions. Get off at Chongzuo Interchange of Nanyou Expressway and go straight for 2 minutes. It is a 30-minute drive from Ningming Huashan Rock Painting Scenic Spot, and about an hour's drive from 5A Transnational Detian Waterfall. It is the first choice for your business trip and personal self-driving tour. On the 22nd floor of the hotel there is a gymnasium, Fuqiao Recreation Center, and Baolihui KTV on the 3rd floor. There is a panoramic buffet breakfast restaurant on the 23rd floor, from 7:00 to 9:00. Cantonese-style morning tea is open every day from 8:00-14:00, and Cantonese-style evening tea is open from 18:00-22:00; the hotel lobby now provides free tea service, welcome your tasting! The front desk is very helpful and nice. Chinese breakfast was nice and sufficient. We are Chinese speaking foreigners. The room was clean and had amenities like coffee, tea, toothbrush and shampoo, etc. the bed was comfortable I can only recommend this hotel. The price is also convenient. The rooms are situated in villas around the main building.

The hotel is not bad for business purposes. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, there are few shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity, but the situation may improve once the renovation of the shopping center is completed. The elevator service is awful. It is disappointing that in 2024, a smart elevator control system is not yet in place.

這次全家人來崇左旅行，選擇這家酒店連住兩晚就是最正確的決定。
酒店開張不久、裝修精緻有品位。而且酒店位置很好位於金龍湖邊，毗鄰城市休閑公園，湖對岸就是崇左運動活動中心。雖然離市中心有點距離、但對自駕的我們完全不是問題。
房間最大的特點就是空間寬闊有70多平方，智能馬桶、浴缸🛁等設施齊備，床品柔軟舒適，早晨明媚的陽光透過寬闊的落地玻璃窗灑進室內，躺在床上就可以欣賞遠山風景，實在是種享受！
自助早餐品種豐富，環境一流，服務不錯。

HHB ShanghaiThe hotel is very nice and cosy. The staff mostly is awesome and very friendly. Excellent food at the restaurant and every evening there was a small special thing (bread, soup, etc…).
Every evening there was an outdoor fire and cooking in a wood fired oven.
The owner is very friendly and ready to help.
Food and breakfast are excellent. No western food. For breakfast , there is good coffee available. It is possible to get bread and fried eggs on demand if you don’t like Chinese breakfast.
Surroundings are great. You can borrow bikes from the hotel to go around through the rice fields and the mountains. Great place to use a drone if you have one.
It was too cold for us but there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with an outstanding view.
We visited the Detian water falls and the Gulongshan canyon.
To sum up, great place for a family trip or for couples

KKLimTo put things in perspective, accomodation in the area is quite expensive, so this accomodation is rather value for money. The 鱼鳞坝, one of the sights is just a stone's throw away which make it very convenient. Breakfast is super simple. Room is clean and AI enabled. Reception is very polite, even coming out to help get our luggage from the cab and show us to our room. Oh, be prepared to wake early by roosters if u are a light sleeper and maybe some mozzies in the room. It is the countryside no matter what.

SSanchezThis hotel was amazing! Every aspect was built with comfort, beauty and relaxation in mind. The setting of the hotel is in the perfect spot right on the river and surrounded by towering mountains.They should add ”resort” to the name. The room was plush and spacious with a great view of both river and mountains. The infinity pool is amazing and built for relaxation. It has comfortable cabana style lounge chairs literally in the pool. The staff is very attentive and met every need. They also provide shuttle service to the river rafting starting point and provide bicycles for riding around the countryside. (The hotel is also the end point of the river rafting trip.) The only downside is that the hotel is difficult to get to. Apparently there are plans to make this town into a tourist destination. Most of the major roads were torn up and the facades of most buildings are under construction. Even with that, being at the resort makes all that irrelevant. If you need a place to wash all your stress away, this is the perfect place. If I had one recommendation, it would be to think about foreign guests in terms of adult beverages. There is a beautiful bar right next to the pool... but one doesn't want tea while at the pool. Everything else about this hotel is perfect.

RrachelmeetsworldI stayed here for 2 nights and it was exactly what I was looking for. My room had a panoramic window view of the mountains outside, and the hotel roof terrace is really nice too! Clean bathroom and western toilet.
It was a great location for the Mingshi Scenic Area, and about 45 min drive from the Detian Waterfall area. The hotel helped me arrange a driver to take me to Detian and were very friendly.
There are several local restaurants around to eat at, plus a Vietnamese coffee shop just 5 minutes walk away.
Only downside is the walls are pretty thin and you can hear other people. But overall, it was clean, a good price, and convenient for my travels in Mingshi.

EE. Ch.I stayed one night in October 2024 and was very pleasantly surprised. Better than expected in all regards.
The reception desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. A little bit of English could be spoken.
Public transportation to downtown is next to the hotel (route 4 and 7). The route 8 stop is a 5 minutes walk.
I did not eat breakfast nor did I eat outside so I cannot tell about the food offering. That part of the city is a bit remote so nothing fancy. The stone forest park and the museum are very close.
The room I had (702 on the 7th floor) was large and very quiet. As noted by other reviewers it is a bit old but all was in good condition and working. The air conditioning system was efficient and silent.
No fridge available. Good bathroom and good shower. Comfy bed (to my taste). I had a very good sleep which, in my case, is quite rare.
I would not hesitate to come back as it exceeded my expectations based on rather average reviews and an unexpensive price.

LLee Hui TengLove at first sight. The view from our rooms was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Modern amenities. The automatic toilet bowl was amazing. I wished I had one at home in Malaysia. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am good with the healthy options and free flow of soy milk. I suggest using the ceramic bowl for the hot soy milk instead of the plastic bowls provided. Do bring your own hot water flask. Hot water dispenser available.We had all our meals in the hotel. The food was delicious. Do try the free range chicken with mushroom soup. Very comforting. Our morning walk in the village was lovely. Plenty of vegetable farms. Mr. Wei, the manager was very attentive and friendly. He offered to ferry us to Detian waterfalls for a fee as there were no taxi or e-hailing. Overall, we had a pleasant and wonderful two day stay. Highly recommended.
PS. Do close the two small windows behind the curtains for better noise insulation.

PPengguna Tetamu這次是帶着踩線任務騎行G219。德天瀑布周邊的住宿並不好選，住碩龍或老木棉離景區略遠，住景區裏太商業太鬧騰，停車空間也小。我到的時候已經天黑了，就大概挑了歸春河邊離景區最近且性價比高這一家，想着隨便先住一晚，白天再慢慢考察。入住後發現各方麪條件都很不錯，作為一家不超過300元的民宿，房間的面積，裝修，觀景都不錯，大堂和餐廳也很寬敞，酒店後面還帶一個面積不小的停車場（周邊所有民宿停車位都很小甚至就在路邊且帶坡度，只有他們家有寬敞的停車條件）。樓上還帶可以曬衣服的露台（可以看到河對面的越南人民）。尤其點讚的是居然配備了刮鬍刀！！！很多高星級酒店都未必是標配。餐廳的菜品也要點個贊，食材新鮮 份量夠足 口味也很不錯，以至於我連吃了三頓炒河粉都不覺得乏味。
第二天我騎車往靖西方向走，探索了一條年久失修的沿邊公路，不慎卡在一處石頭縫出不來。手機馬上就沒電了，想着找當地政府部門求援估計時間很久。就和老闆説了一下情況，二話不説就帶了人開車20公里加步行40-50分鐘到我被困住的地方救援，真是太感動了。如果不能及時被救出來，天黑以後無法救援，第二天再把車弄出來會耽誤後面一連串的行程。然後老闆也沒有收取救援費用，真是民風淳樸，點一萬個贊。
下次一定還會來

The location is great as mentioned by other reviewers. My room was on the 6th floor on the back of the building. It had a window overlooking another building (in a ”development” stage ;-). It was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning was efficient and silent. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough and had even a small table as well as a desk. No fridge. Enough power outlets to plug my devices. The toilet/bathroom is small but not tiny. There was a bit of a smell but that happens and it did not bother me. Closing the bathroom door was enough not to get the smell in the room.
The owner helped me recharge the electric motorbike and that was a great plus. Also he purchased the entry ticket to the price for me (as mentioned by other reviewers). Friendly, efficient and very helpful.
There are quite a few shops around and even if there is not a lot of food variety there are plenty of eating places to choose from. Prices are reasonable and I personally found the quality to be fine.
Should I be back to the Detian falls I will stay at the Pubuqing for sure. Simple. Wallet friendly and so convenient with great service.

RrachelmeetsworldI stayed 2 nights at the Mingshi Mountain Village. The amenities were very nice, as well as the service. The location was very convenient for visiting the Detian Waterfall (about 45 minutes away by car) and also for enjoying the Mingshi Scenic area. I rented a bike from the hotel one day (free with your hotel stay) and had a great time exploring the surrounding bike paths - highly recommend! The hotel staff were also great in helping me arrange a car to take me to the Nanning Airport.
I also liked that I could go inside the Scenic Area for free with my room card - it was great for evening walks and for the shows held there at night. I didn’t try the pool (but you need to pay extra for it anyways).
The breakfast is nice - it’s what you’d usually find for a Chinese international hotel. There was coffee & milk as well!
Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

MMarcelKAmazing hotel! It really is more like a resort with a lot of things to discover. Unfortunately, probably due to the current pandemic situation, not everything has been in operation. You got a little nice bar for the occasional long-nighter 😅 there and a restaurant with a huge menu of different meals. The restaurant service has been unbelievable quick to serve the fresh cooked dishes. The hotel itself has been quite clean and the service staff always been helpful. Do not expect anyone speaking English thou. The whole surrounding is taken care of with visible passion and still you feel like in the middle of the jungle. If you got some time to spare, walk around the little village outside the hotel and try to find the small beautiful almost historic part of it, still being actively lived in by the locals. Just please always be respectful and cautious not to disturb them in any way.
FYI: if you arrive there by bus from from Nanning (南宁) to DaXin (大新) (the ride itself is absolutely worth it), there are local drivers Infront of the bus station who know how to get to the hotel. Just make sure not to pay more then 250 RMB. Also make sure all your health codes, passports, visas, etc are all in order and quickly handy. After all it is a border region and the are a lot of checkpoints to pass through. That's no time to mess up anything.
