The room was spacious and convenient. The hotel is near the bus interchange (within 10minutes walk) and close to the bus stop of line29 (bus bound for airport). It was nice that washing machine was available.

Booked this place for our last night in Christchurch, New Zealand, and it was surprisingly good! The room was huge, and the cooking facilities were incredibly well-equipped. We definitely enjoyed a delicious home-cooked dinner right in the hotel. The hotel is also very close to all the attractions, almost all within walking distance. Plus, there's a bus stop right across the street with a direct line to the airport! The only minor drawback is that parking is in the adjacent lot, with a cap of $13. The hotel is dated even though the rokm was quite spacious . There is very little bathroom amenities and of low quality.

The room was larger than expected. Although the decor is a bit dated, it was very comfortable, and the balcony offered a great view. The front desk service was excellent.

Read this - the only honest review you need in the swarm of fake reviews. Am only reviewing so people do not get scam like I did. This hotel branded itself as a 5 star hotel but the stay and operations are like - 2/3 star at best. 1. Lack of heater facilities so the room felt like ice cave. The room is a 2 bedroom apartment and the only heater is an air conditioner that is like in the living room and 100m away from bedroom. There’s nothing in the bedroom and you can shiver in that bedroom 2. The toilets are old and faulty One day in and the toilet bowl flush stopped working and we had to get them to fix it. The toilet small heater then stopped working as well. And the design of the toilet would cause the toilet floor to be fully wet as the water floods everywhere - it’s a poor design thing. 3. They don’t work on Sunday - even as 5 star hotel. I stayed at 5 star hotels in Christchurch before and they do provide room service and changing of room on Sunday. Apparently this hotel does not. Bottom of all, the charges are like 4-5 star hotel and hence definitely not worth it at all. - no free parking with the hotel as well.

Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. The atrium was absolutely stunning and a great spot for photos of our cosplays before heading over to the convention center which is wonderfully close by. Loved having my coffees on the balcony. 10 out of 10!

Great location to stay at Christchurch. Walking distance to Quake City, Museum, Art Gallery and Riverside Markets. Car parking is on site with a small daily fee.

Hotel very comfortable and clean Staff were amazing,very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good and staff were great

The unit is complete with 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living hall. Washer and dryer is hidden behind cabinet at the kitchen area. Kitchen is fully functional with induction stove(depending on which unit you being assigned), microwave and all utensils needed to cook a complate meal. The best part is the bus stop right opposite Fino has bus to airport no. 29. You may pay in cash or debit/credit card ( not all buses has this). A trip to airport by cash is NZD4 for adult and NZD2 for kids above 5. Below 5 is free.

Had a power cut (told one off), otherwise good. Food was good in the restaurant.

Very lovely stay, friendly reception, $10 overnight parking in building undercover was fantastic, super handy to theatre we attended, spacious room, comfy beds.
