Ulasan Hotel Indigo Xiamen Harbour

Upgraded to seaview balcony room upon arrival. Beautiful day and night view. We excluded breakfast as walking distance to zhongshan area, easy to find foods as early as 7am

Very regret to choose this hotel. We stayed in Swiss grand xiamen previously and that's much better than Indigo harbour. Buffet breakfast is terrible - taste, arrangement, service. Limited choices, no proper arrangement for seats and only few high chair in the restaurant. Imagine we had to carry the baby and ate during the meal time in a 5 star hotel restaurant. The staff are obviously not well trained and do not know how to handle customer's request (baby chair). Kids playroom is so small and nothing much to play. Swiss grand is much better in view of service and breakfast & staff service. Both hotels not much difference in price and only 2 mins from each other. Worst hotel during my 10 days journey. Distance to zhong shan road is near anyway.

We did a lot of research before deciding on selecting this hotel for our winter trip to Xiamen. The hotel is very nice. From our room, we have a view of the sea and the gorgeous GuLang Yu, during the daytime and in the evening. It is in a very good location, just blocks away from the Zhongshan Pedestrian Street clusters where you can shop and enjoy seafood to your heart's content. Staff were friendly and services were great. Restaurant had a great view and the food was good but not fantastic.

The stay was wonderful, and larissa li the assistant front office manager was particularly helpful.

Good location, fast check-in, room is clean and bed is comfortable.... not so noisy even next to main road. All the drink in mini bar including in refrigerator are free, this is good for traveller. Will be check in again when travel to Xiamen next time.

View is excellent. Location is good. If there were a convenient store just next to it rather than having to walk to Zhong Shan Pedestrian Walk will be even better. More areas to hang bath towels will be a plus too. Food in hotel restaurant was acceptable but not exactly fantastic

View is decent. Sea view and can see Kulangsu but the curtain wall mullion is breaking the nice view into pieces. Cleanliness is debatable- this hotel has been operating for some years so there is some aged areas. Wood veneer furnitures are definitely in aging condition. Some molds and stains, which I highly suggest the hotel to take some look at. The Shanghai Tang shampoo they offered in the room had exact same scent as hotel lobby - not sure if it is a good thing. Yvette was very nice, giving us extra care and providing an upgrade. Breakfast is nice too but I really hoped to have fried rice. Regarding rice in breakfast, maybe Im asking for too much…

I was very happy to stay at the Portofino Hotel Indigo and received very warm and professional service, especially from Joker, who checked us in very quickly and arranged a beautiful and comfortable room with great views and wonderful bedding. I slept very well and the room was very clean. The mini-bar was free and there was a variety of delicious fruit. I really liked it.

Perfect location facing 鼓浪嶼and close to town centre(中山路）. Highly attentive service. Good breakfast selections.

Hotel services is very good, especially Lydia. Stay this hotel everytime in Xiamen

Super stay as per usual. One of our favourite place in Xiamen because of the views outside the window! Sadly although the chef wrote to say he would make a vegetarian meal the staff in the restaurant were not aware so we missed out (that may have been because of translations and our poor Chinese though)! Lovely cocktails and super comfortable bed. We will be back and next time will make sure we can get that delicious sounding vegetarian menu! Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.
