Motel 6-Chula Vista, CA - San Diego

I had a nice trip with my boyfriend Jay we go to Chula Vista to get away from everything at home. We ate at Taco bell across the street for lunch. We ate at back Angus located right across the motel for dinner! We went the seven ****** later that night located around a block from motel.

Had a uncomfortable issue with Housekeeping Supervisor a while back, and I decided to book once again because location is convenient. Stayed one night, and an experience with guest on multiple floors made me cancel my next booking. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

We will not be returning. Illegal activities were present in the area during our stay and I guess I’m not allowed to specify. It is right next to the trolley stop.

Hola I just get the room for emergency n Chula Vista SD y went ti the lobby to check in 349 n rest for bith n my best fried get in the water no towel s any size ., do I run to the lobby n the guy at the fron desk no towels no towels n that’s all I ask why n no towels so n he tell me you have to come in in the morning to ask SO NO TOWELS THAT DAY IN ROOM 249 motel 6 Chula Vista

Check-in went well but then had to change rooms as the key did not work. New room was good and closer to my car. However, NO TOWELS. Even the next morning, guests were unable to get fresh towels. Couldn't take a shower. And lack of supplies for coffee. This wasn't my first stay so I know it could be better.

great location.... easy access to freeways... friendly staff... only downside was the noise of other guests at bedtime...

The room was dirty and the floor sticky. They didn’t refund me one day that I did not use the room because I preferred to move to other hotel. Bad service.

Staff at property were awesome. However the room was dirty and customer support was not helpful regarding a refund for a double charge. Room next to us was broken into while we were staying.

To start I got there a little early I got off the freeway and attempted to check in. The gentleman at the front desk seemed busy and with a frustrated voice he said no early check ins you have to come back at 3. So I left and came back about 3-5 min early to avoid waiting for everyone else to check in. He said again no early check in so I told him I will wait he then replied it's at least going to be 10 min you have to wait outside. So I won't to my car to get my phone and when I came back there was like 6 people in the office. So after I check in at about 3:20-3-30pm I head to the room and noticed it was dirty. As tired as I was I just turned the TV on and decided to sleep on it. When I woke up I had a few big bites on my legs and arms. And to top it off there was a baby crying most of the night. Overall bad experience
