The resort is very nice, great location. The service was great, we got tea set with cookies and fruit every afternoon to enjoy afternoon tea. Our cleaning lady Hu Quan Juan was very nice, smiling all the time. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the variety of different dishes and really good coffee (not everywhere available). All in all we would love to stay there again!

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn

We made our vacation with our 2 little girls. All things such as pools, playgrounds, meats are useful and effective for children. Especially the playground is free for the guests, very cute and enjoyable. The locations and foods was pretty good. But the outdoor swimming pool is closed at noon, it is strange for foreigners 😃 the indoor swimming pool is deeper but not so deeper than 1.5 mt, so pools are not enough for adults. Every evenings and nights, there is live music in the lobby. There are few workers who can speak English but they should be more.

滿意到不行！！！説實話，自己做了10年酒店，對酒店對硬件軟件要求真的不算低。母上大人定好的時候其實沒有太過期待。但是一上山，看到這個景色就覺得很舒服。定的2間2房套房，佈局很好陽台也是好景色。酒店裝修的材料，使用對備品和傢俱等等，其實外行人看不出，內行人能看得出用料真的很不錯的。服務：是最值得誇獎的地方，從前廳接車開始就讓你剛接到滿滿的熱情。不是那種虛偽的假笑，而是發自自然的歡迎你。小朋友説想去採摘小番茄，客服部經理親自帶着我們去。第二條有一條步道可以走，也是劉經理帶着我們走一路到胡家坪然後酒店派車給我們接回去。晚上還能看到北斗七星和漫天星辰真的無敵了。看到一個女士我們以為是客人，結果是老闆娘。老闆娘也很熱情介紹酒店籌建過程，我們才知道這是濱江集團到扶貧項目。瞭解了以後深刻理解了“授人以魚不如授人以漁”的真諦，大善！！餐飲：酒店餐廳出品到菜品也非常符合江浙滬一帶到口味。因為有自己的養殖園，所以吃了魚蝦一類的，其它都是自產自銷好吃又健康。細節：酒店到細節真的是滿滿當當，知道有登山步道，遮陽草帽+登山杖，66666。賓至如歸已經不足以形容，真的就是覺得呆了兩天，交到了很多好朋友呢。

I strongly recommend you experience a stay at Hilton Hangzhou Qiandaohu. It was one of the most comfortable stays ever. Maksim, one of the hotel employees, helped us from the start to the end. As a Korean, traveling in China is extremely difficult because of the language barrier. Although, I speak English, most of the Chinese do not. But, Maksim was able to speak 4 languages fluently; Korean, English, Russian and Chinese. He was happy to answer any questions regardless of time. So, if you are a foreigner considering a visit to Qiandaohu, Hilton is the place, and find Maksim when you do so. The hotel upgraded my room when I got there and prepared a nice welcoming fruit in the room. The hotel has a lot of fun activities, and nice restaurants. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable memories here.

It’s a fast check in by manager Zhang and being selected to be upgrade to lake view room . The hotel staff provide great hospitality and atmosphere are great . They serve FREE in-room breakfast and the waitress Xiao Yu and house keeping staff stretch further miles on the services to provide us sanitary pads when the surprise nature called ….
