Hotel Chun＇an dengan Gim

I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors. The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek. However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor. It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids. Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time. Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely. Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered. I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him. The gym in building 5 was a disappointment; One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool. Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

We went to this hotel since the first hotel we booked through trip refused to check us in because we are foreigners. We wasted the whole day of holidays and had to go to another place, this hotel was nice, good location, friendly stuff

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn

酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利，周邊有很多餐飲和購物場所，非常適合度假休閑。其次，酒店的設施齊全，房間寬敞舒適，床鋪也非常柔軟，讓我們能擁有一個美好的睡眠。此外，酒店的服務人員態度非常熱情友好，無論是前台接待還是客房服務，都能及時解決我們的問題，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的感覺。這次入住體驗讓我非常滿意，我會向親朋好友推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再次光臨！

Convenient location. Well-designed and most importantly, service is good. It’s a smart and efficient hotel located next to a supermarket. Also if one does not want to head out, you can order takeaway, which will be delivered to room via a robot.

I stayed here for one night with my mother and the location of the hotel is really convenient. It is close to the ferry wharfs and has many restaurants just a walking distance away. The staff were cordial and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.

千島湖風景很美，第一次入住海外海度假酒店，酒店位置很方便，前台美女介紹本地特色餐廳，跟朋友在千島湖名餐館魚味館用餐，吃得很舒心。晚上回酒店，酒店客房很貼心的做了房間整理並配了點心，房間衞生乾淨，床很舒服，酒店配有免費健身房、泳池，雖小但設備齊全，衞生乾淨，員工熱情，由於時間關係沒有使用泳池，早餐品種多，用餐中員工有咖啡、紅茶服務，感覺很有星級服務。是很值得推薦的一家酒店。

We book 2 nights an exclusive lake view room. The lounge 17F was very low in service, you get drinks and food between 5:30-7:30pm and loud music. On lake side the hotel did construction staring before 8am was very noisy and front desk did not care. They offered some chocolate, for compensation. The pool was dirty and freezing cold. The worst Sheraton I have been and I can not recommend.
