Overall I was amazed by gaia services. Because they had fast response due to my request. Actually I requested to serve birthday cake for my wife. Hotel facilities beyond expectation, you must try at least once in your life

What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful with top-notch facilities that make you forget the city is even a bit far. The comfortable rooms and nice restaurants make it easy to spend the entire day at the hotel. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

Nice clean hotel with comfy beds. Breakfast spread is wide but less tasty actually. Strangely, the pastries are yummy instead. Nice pool, koi fish pond, green house and kids playroom. The best part is the mini bar is free and you can replenish them upon consumption

Hotel view is awesome , many activities for kids . The room so comfortable. The only problem is the access to go to the hotel . Always stuck with traffic .

2nd time to this hotel. its fantastic as the 1st one. clean air, good bfast. nice view. they also have feeding fish pond and very nice garden. really enjoy my time with my familiy while staying at this hotel.

Everyone was very welcoming from Concierge to front desk to team during breakfast to housekeeping to those at pool, spa, gym and even kids club! Too many names to mention! Love the amenities and view! Good vibes all day long! Will definitely make a comeback!

This hotel is very recommended for family, the ambience is great. Even my husband wants to stay longer next time. Thank you for great service Gaia, definitely we’ll back soon 🫶🏻

oct 2024, Very well maintained hotel, our room was clean and neat, enough spacious with smart tv, nesprs coffee maker, gooseneck kettle for making another more coffee and tea they serve complete amenities, abundant minibar complimentary during stay also love the details of the hotel architectural design, modern and unique. the price reflects their quality i hope they can maintain their quality time by time.

Nice ambience, good range of breakfast

a great choice to take the family on vacation. the hotel is good. the air is nice, not hot. However, if you want to eat, you have to go down to the city and it's quite far. But overalll all is good .. definetely will come back again! :)

Nice hotel with big swimming pool

A definite recommendation to stay at Gaia Hotel Bandung. Great place for the kids. There’s kids club, koi feeding pond & there is a pool shallow for younger kids. Thank you for making our stay a memorable & enjoyable stay, Gaia. Also thank you for accomodating to our every needs and able to help us with our queries. Esp to Shifa - front office, Edward - concierge, Pak Caesar SPV Con and Silipa - GRO. We do look forward to staying here again if we do ever come to Bandung again.
