The best hotel ever!!! The food at hotel very good and has many choices. All the staffs are very friendly. Pak Darrin/Derrin so nice to us since 1stime we meet him. Live music and the singer voice very good!! He sang our fav song from Afghan. Will recommend this hotel to our family and friends and insyaAllah will come again.

We so impressed with their service and provide us with wheelchair coz one of our friend got gout .. most of staff very friendly and helpful..

This my 4th times stay in this hotel, everyhting was oke.. the room clean and tidy, and I love the ambience.

Hotel was worth every single penny! Didn’t book breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised when they told us that we had breakfast (note: might be because it’s fasting month and they didn’t want to waste too much food, so might not be a norm). Location is good too! Cleanliness too. Room was very spacious. Would definitely book this hotel again if I’m travelling to Jakarta.

Good hotel and located in the heart of jakarta near the infamous jalan sabang with nice food. Swimming pool is bit small though i thought it was on the rooftop but it is in level 1 instead. Security is high

A gem of a hotel, located a stone’s throw away from Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia Plaza and just a walking distance from the renowned food street, Jln Sabang. The rooms are quite spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities. The bed is comfortable and linen are crisp. Aircond is cool, ensuring that you return to a cool room after a day of exploring Jakarta. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Recommended - one of my fav place to stay in Jakarta. Everything up to my expectations…the breakfast spread excellent, the aircond in the room quite good, the staffs very helpful and friendly 😘

Everything is good. F&B staff are friendly. Just maybe Housekeeping had forgotten to put face towel in first day and only to put the face towel in second day. Suggest Housekeeping Supervisor to check standard room set up before release in Opera.

A discerning assessment of the breakfast dishes, inclusive of texture and flavor, suggests a scope for significant improvement. Overall, the hotel experience was positive, yet attention to refining the breakfast offerings could further elevate the guest dining experience.
