Great service and good location. Beautiful decoration. Room size is very generous.

We are a family of four and booked 2 junior suites and requested both on booking and during email correspondence prior to our arrival for double bed and twin bed configurations. On our arrival we were allocated rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, on different floors and with 2 double beds. Housekeeping had apparently gone home for the night despite arriving before 6pm and so this could not be corrected. The hotel had a beautiful open fireplace in the main bar which for some reason on a cold night in December wasn’t alight. We ate dinner in the hotel brasserie where a significant number of dishes on the menu were unavailable with no explanation from the staff when asked. At breakfast the following morning we were unable to order coffee as apparently this service is not available on weekends. Overall, despite a great location, this was a very disappointing stay.

We specifically chose a themed room, which had a charming country feel. The only downside was that the beams in the room were a bit low, so people over 180cm tall should be careful. A special shout-out to the hotel restaurant – the food was delicious, the beer was fresh, and while the rooftop terrace didn't have a great view, it was still very comfortable. The two young staff members were from a nearby town and were very friendly. There's a free overnight parking lot a 78-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient.

The hotel is located in the center of town, next to a church and an open-air market. Short-term parking is available in front, while longer parking is possible in public parking lots on the outskirts of town. The hotel itself is okay, except the ground floor is a bar, which is quite noisy until 1 or 2 AM, especially in rooms with windows facing a small courtyard where people are drinking. The windows have very poor soundproofing.

The room was nice, clean, and hygienic, with no unpleasant odors.

The transportation around the hotel is very convenient. It takes only 15 minutes to get to Baibai by bus.

Very satisfied, the cleaning was very clean, especially when the airport drop-off driver lost contact, the hotel staff asked the manager for instructions and quickly sent us to the airport. I was very touched and thank you sincerely!

I recently stayed at Kings Head Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking to indulge!
