A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. Hi Trip.com please update that hotels details on application, give information clearly & correctly, do not fraud! The others are good. Hotel staffs are friendly, clean & spacious room, good facility & kids friendly..

room was clean, close to Sentul Convention Centre and we had a pleasant stay!

Great location. We really loved the mountain view from our room. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.

Having a balcony to stay at to see and enjoy the beauty of the mountains is a bonus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond promptly to reasonable requests. The place is kept clean at all times.

Overall it is a nice hotel, not too far from Jakarta and you can see the mountain view even though the weather is not as cold as Puncak area. Staff is very nice.

The staff is very nice and helpful, there is no vaccine checks during this pandemic so it makes a little anxious. Close to many tourist attraction. overall Alana is decent for short staycation. The minus point about their breakfast, it seems they don't ready for lot of customer. Even I have to back again until 3-4 times to check the availability of the food I want. The staff promise to leave it for me but when I back to get it, the staff make too many excuse. It just like im begging for the food eventhough i pay for the food. I will back to stay here but I wont pay for breakfast anymore

good location, friendly and helpful staff, near ah poong night market, favorite hotel for staycation.

Pros: Location Cons: 1. Number of Rooms exceeds facility capacity i.e. breakfast, lifts, pool, etc. During high season e.g. weekends, facilities are definitely cramped with flock of people. 2. Breakfast is not bad, but it can be 600 people attending the breakfast at the same time! (Yes, it's during COVID-19). Long queuing from breakfast reception up to lobby. Hotel has some efforts to arrange guest for breakfast into 3 groups but that's just not enough! We had to move our schedule to the 8.30-11:00 a.m group but still full and not convenient for having breakfast. 3. This is worse: the lift waiting time, especially during check-out time. It will need about 30 mins to go down from upper floor and hotel didn't seem make any effort in finding solution to this matter.
