حجزنا غرفة ثلاثية لكن عند الوصول وجدنا غرفة ثنائية و قد اضافو سرير بالكاد يقال عليه سرير مهترء و يصدر صوت و لا يستطيع احد النوم عليه لما كلمناهم في الاستقبال اخبرونا انه سيتم تغييره ، بعدها بثلاث ايام اعطونا غرفة اخرى ثلاثية بعد ما نمنا في غرفة ضيقة ثنائية حمامها متسخ لمدة ثلاث ليالي و لم يكن هناك اي اعتذار . الفندق مليء بالناموس و لا يجيدون الا رش المعطرات في كل وقت و هذا مضر بالغدد اللمفاوية لا تستطيع البقاء في غرفة الاستقبال ولا تستطيع التنفس من فرط الرائحة و كلشي مظلم و كئيب لا ابتسامات لا تعامل لا ضيافة …. لا يستحق اربع نجوم

The hotel in general was ok. On the first glance the room looked nice, but many flaws came out later. The shower door didn't fit, making a lot of mess when taking a shower, We got only one towel, the materace was worn and bed very squeeky. The 1 start is cause mainly by the most horrible foods we have ever tested. It was a compete disgrace. First of all of the menus are just scribbled over with a pen to update the prices and food options (very poor for 4* hotel). They have no vegetarian option at all on the menu. Thanks God my wife eat fish, so the only option on the menu was "spaghetti with fish", which was just scribbled over the bolonesse. The waiter asked if we mean bolognese and we said "no meat. Spaghetti with fish, as in the menu". The other choice was a carbonarra, which felt a little suspicious, as the country is not big on pork, but to be fair they had sausages and hams on breakfast. We didn't get any cutlery and drinks arrived much later, but the worst part was the food itself. The fish pasta was literally a bowl of spaghetti submerged in oil and chilli like a soup, with a whole dorada fish lying on top of that (with tattoo, bones and head), a potatoe and a leaf of lettuce. I have no idea was that was all about but it was inedible. The carbonarra was when worse than that. Pork Guanciale was replaced not even with bacon or ham, but with boiled chicken. It was so distant from what carbonarra should be, that it should be a criminal offence to mislead people like this. It was basically a chicken with pasta, cream and a block of orrange, unmelted cheese, sprinkled with some grated white cheese, which melt a little bit. It was truly a horrible dining experience, but by far the most expensive one.

1. Food Quality: The food served was not only bad but also appeared rotten. As a result, both my wife and l, as well as our young child, suffered from food poisoning. This is a severe health risk and unacceptable by any standard. 2. Room Cleanliness: The room was not adequately cleaned. This lack of hygiene contributed to the overall poor experience. 3. Amenities: Despite booking for two adults and one child, there was only one bottle of water provided in the room. Additionally, only one towel was supplied, which is insufficient for a family of three.

We stayed for one week, and we feel that we got lucky. The best thing was the breakfast , which was always excellent , with actual potatoes to go with the sausages. (is that an English thing!). The bed was comfy , the room clean, and spacious , with a sofa, and we found one TV channel that had films every night. Staff were very friendly , and just north of the hotel was a very good French Restaurant. (called (something) Maison). We ate twice in the Hotel for the evening meal, and that was also good. Only slight problem was that sometimes the street dogs barked in the night , outside the Hotel.

This hotel has great rooms and the location is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is near to the main Tunis airport and not far (using taxi) from the central Medina. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but not bad either. The staff is friendly but English is not spoken by most. The WiFi is most floors is a hit-n-miss.

Séjour en famille (22 personnes). Hôtel propre,chambres spacieuses et tout équipées, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel très dispo et chaleureux. Merci au réceptionniste pour ses conseils et son aide. Si l'occasion se représente nous y retournons.

L'hotel, 4 stelle, si presenta bene ; hall accogliente, pulizia, check in veloce. Poi però scopriamo che : 1) il bar a piano terra, contrariamente a quanto dovrebbe accadere in alberghi che si fregiano del titolo di internazionali, al bar non vengano serviti alcoolici, nemmeno una birra 2) nel bagno la doccia è fissa, attaccata al soffitto, con il soffione largo e quadrato. Totale assenza di doccia a "telefono" per permettere ad un ospite qualunque , sottolineo qualunque, di lavarsi senza bagnarsi completamente i capelli. Assenza di cuffia in plastica. E i bambini come li laviamo? e una persona anziana? 3) Totale assenza, sempre nel box doccia, di maniglia di supporto. Se cadi sono affari tuoi, la tua mano che cerca disperatamente un appiglio per limitare i danni, ma trova solo piastrelle. 4) Al momento del check out (prenotazione tramite Booking, quindi tariffa garantita) chiedo spiegazioni sul conto e come per incanto si scopre che è stato sbagliato per eccesso, 120 DT e rotti. Differenza restituita cash, non consegnata la fattura. Vogliamo aggiungere altro??? Mai più. L'hôtel 4 étoiles se présente bien ; hall accueillant, propreté, enregistrement rapide. Mais ensuite on découvre que : 1) le bar au rez-de-chaussée, contrairement à ce qui devrait se passer dans les hôtels qui se vantent du titre " international", l'alcool n'est pas servi au bar, pas même une bière 2) dans la salle de bain la douche est fixe, fixée au plafond, avec une pomme de douche large et carrée. Absence totale de douche "téléphone" pour permettre à tous les hotes, de se laver sans se mouiller complètement les cheveux. Absence de bonnet de douche.. Et comment laver les enfants ? et une personne âgée ? 3) Absence totale, toujours dans la cabine de douche, de poignée de support. Si vous tombez, c'est votre affaire, votre main cherchant désespérément une prise pour limiter les dégâts, mais ne trouvant que des tuiles. 4) Au moment du check out (réservation via Booking, donc tarif garanti) je demande des explications sur la facture et comme par magie il s'avère qu'elle était surévaluée, 120 DT et ainsi de suite. Différence restituée en espèces, facture non livrée. Voulons-nous ajouter autre chose ??? Plus jamais.

En transit à Tunis, j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport sur conseil d'une connaissance, en effet c'est très rapide en taxi. Accueil professionnel et aimable, chambre spacieuse. Restaurant pratique si l'on souhaite dîner sur place. Mais je ne renouvellerai pas car j'ai un sérieux doute sur hygiène. Surtout, le lendemain matin, j'avais plusieurs piqûres d'insecte dans le dos, et elles sont restées une semaine...
