Hotel terbaik di Ordino

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. Maybe that's why we got a rather small room. I didn't actually see the rest, but based on the emergency map placed in the room, we could compare the sizes according to that map, and we weren't the luckiest ones... We didn't complain though. Two blokes wouldn't really care much about that. So, the room was a bit small, but good enough. The beds, really comfy and the bathroom clean and spacey enough. The furniture is rustic style which matches with the scenery. The reception was taken care by a gentleman who brief us after pulling some questions. There is a indoor parking if you need and a ski look. The hotel has a small indoor pool with jacuzzy, a couple of sauna facilities (one was not operative...) and massage is available upon request. There was a low booking so the bar was rather quiet during the evening, but it was week day and not the best snow reports so it was very quiet. Maybe a small pool table or alike would cheer up the lone tourists like us. The restaurant was excellent. We had two breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and with a good choice of products. The dinner was really good. Both in quality and quantity. The staff who served us in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Th same applies to the room girls who helped us a couple of times providing robes and some other explanations to find our bearings inside the corridors. Overall a positive experience.

Petit hôtel de montagne familial de deux étages, a un quart d’heure d’Andorre, simple et sans chichi mais propre et accueillant. On sent que cet hôtel au charme désuet est très bien entretenu. Il y a même un ascenseur. La dame à la réception est sympathique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Literie et oreillers de bonne qualité. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, a part la cabine de douche qui est vraiment tres petite.. le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est au prix de 9 euros par personne et les produits sont très bons. Nous sommes venus avec une WonderBox mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix tres correct.

Elegí éste hotel xq son de los pocos que admiten perros y que además esté ubicado en zona tranquila y más fresca y me encantó al verlo en internet. La ubicación es excelente, con unas vistas impresionantes por todos los rincones del alojamiento. Mi sorpresa al llegar a la habitación fue que no esperaba tener una terraza interior por si llueve o hace frío y otra exterior. Me encantó la habitación con buhardilla, que para los papás da muchisima intimidad, grande y muy espaciosa . Estaba todo el exterior : jardines ,piscina , tenis , zona barbacoa....etc muy cuidado y limpio , tienes acceso a la montaña enfrente con lo que puedes hacer rutas y puedes pasear a tu perro libremente , es una pasada !! El desayuno muy bien. La atención de todos también , como estaba retirado del pueblo , a la noche pudimos pedir cena para no tener que movernos del alojamiento ( ya que la anterior noche no nos gustó demasiado la cena del hotel) Como puntos negativos : la comida y la cena , supercaro : 20 euros y no entra ni el agua, el pan es un minipanecillo. (Cambiaría sobretodo los 1ros platos ) Zona spa: nos quejamos de que los jacuzzis el agua estaba demasiado caliente, te costaba mucho entrar , y ahora lo que apetece es más resfrescarte , aunque si está templada pues no pasa nada pero te quemabas. Sé que es algo que lo solucionaran enseguida imagino. Todo el interior de las instalaciones está muy anticuado , sillones y mobiliario que por lo menos eran de la época de mis bisabuelas😜, . Como hace poco que lo ha cogido la cadena Abba, espero que lo tengáis en cuenta y renovar un poco todo y poner duchas que son más seguras , os aseguro que darme con la cortina de baño que no es mía ( y eso que yo no tengo ), me da una grima que ni os cuento , pensar que ahí pasan miles de personas al año. Ojalá pueda volver con vosotros si mi economía me lo permite 🤗.

We're staying here at the moment on a ski trip and I'm putting pen to paper mainly to give the staff a huge thumbs up. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. The restaurant staff, bar staff and the cleaning teams, are absolute stars . So many smiling faces. I don't think we have had such consistency of high service, with such friendly staff anywhere. It's quite busy here in the hotel at the moment, with gatherings of large Spanish families, so you could understand if the staff let things slip a little, but no, they haven't. The bar and restaurant staff are unbelievably efficient and super friendly. The just don't stop. Maybe it's clever recruitment, good training, or just good people who do their jobs well. Whatever it is, it shines through and we really are appreciative of it. The reception staff are super helpful too. We had a light break and it was fixed within an hour of us reporting it!! Great service. The hotel delivered all that we would expect from it. Comfortable, clean, a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner and a buzzing atmosphere in bar. It's our first visit to the town of La Massana and we will definitely return. Lovely little town, with easy access to Andorra la Vella too. We have stayed in Soldeu a couple of times and although we like it, we prefer it here. I think it would be a beautiful summer destination too. Anyway, a final shout out to the amazing staff at Magic La Massana. You're definitely smashing it, in all the right ways.

What a brilliant hotel! When we first arrived I was worried as we went down for dinner and I found a hair in my soup and my friend found plastic in her dessert so not a good start, but after that hiccup it all was fine. The following morning our key card stopped working. A member of staff came up and had to dismantle the device on the door. The card still didn't work after this, so the staff moved us to a suite on the top floor :) we were very happy with the outcome, the suite was lovely! The food was delicious with plenty of choice everyday. Having half board really helped as we were out allday skiing. We'd set ourself up in the morning then put on comfy clothes on for the evening meal which was from 7pm. What I loved about this hotel was how close the gondola was to take you to the slopes. We took the lift down to the basement, walk up some stairs and it was right there, this was very helpful. The hotel had a spa as well, we went in one night and it 10 euros each. It had everything you needed to relax, I especially loved the jacuzzi We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back here again
