Overall, it is a good place to stay for the price with basic amenities and simple rooms. Hotel food is good and best service there. While location is actually good with convenient bus connection into Salzburg directly in front of the property, it is a little difficult to find when driving from the autobahn. I don't understand why the hotel can't give precise instructions on how to find them being in a hidden street and even hidden from view from their own road ... such as ”Drive x kms off A2 away from Salzburg, then at the BP gas station traffic circle take the 2nd exit onto X road, drive 100 meters to the first street on the left” (or similar). Even the front of the hotel is hard to see and the front door is not at all visible from the road. Anyway ... front desk really needs to learn about hospitality ... plus during the day they are OFTEN not around having to wait for someone to come or beg restaurant staff to find someone to help at front desk ... even just to get room key. Note ... no air conditioning in hot summer months and window only opens a crack so hard to get some cooler air at night. Very little English TV (2 news channels).

Ein tolles Hotel in dörflicher Umgebung und guter öffentlicher Erreichbarkeit an die Stadt Salzburg. Wunderschönes ruhiges und geräumiges Zimmer mit separater Toilette von Bad und Dusche getrennt, Klimaanlage, komfortable Betten mit leichten Duvets und Kissen. Gratis Zutritt zum öffentlichen Schwimmbad und ein Badetuch an der Rezeption erhältlich. Konnten in der Badeanstalt sogar den Auftritt von der Musikgesellschaft Anthering geniessen. Tolle Leute mit Herzblut zu ihrem Dorf. Saisonales und regionales Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Für die angenehme und servicefreundliche Atmosphäre bedanken wir uns bei allen ganz herzlich. A boutique hotel merely 15 min away from the centre of Salzburg and Airport. The service was amazing and everyone was very helpful and cheerful. The owner himself is very closely involved in the operations of the hotel and it shows how well managed the hotel is and amazing care for all guests. The team is super flexible with every request. The food is delicious and the breakfast spread has many options for vegetarians. The rooms are large and very spacious. Our 17 month old daughter fell sick during our stay and the owner arranged a doctor on call within 15 min of reporting it. Many thanks for an amazing experience, stay and support. I will highly recommend staying at this property. If I am ever in Salzburg, this is where I will stay.

There are hotel chains in the UK that offer a similar level of service to B&B Hotel, but none can do it so well and, seemingly, so effortlessly. The room was clean, as was the hotel generally. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and constantly refreshed. I hope to visit Salzburg for a longer stay later this year and I will definitely consider B&B Hotel for my accommodation. There is a bus stop right outside and the trip into the centre is a mere twenty minutes.

The hotel is well decorated very clean and modern. The sky bar and the breakfast are very good the breakfast is a real positive point of this hotel. The hotel is 20min from city Center with the bus line number 7. What is to improve: to take more into account the comments/requests sent by the clients during reservation process… checking the room ( Brocken piece of shower badly repaired from first to second night ) more regularly checking the power of the door battery)… when a client faces 3 pb within two nights it is good to make him a better deal than just to offer parking for free. The crew in the reception would gain by being more friendly and giving more positive answers. Still the rooms are nice, by improving in the domains mentioned upper it would become a must. I still recommend this place. Last remark would be more confortable to have one materas in the king beds and not two materasses together. Also making Netflix service being available would be a real plus !

I was expecting a room with the city view as described and got a small room up in the roof with a sad small window. No balcony as advised. I asked the reception and told me there I would need to pay for an upgrade but there are no rooms available. The room was small, not even room enough to open my luggage, with dated furniture. The room was at the back, above the kitchen, the smell of friend food really bothered me early in the morning. Asked for a double bed and got 2 tweens aside, really? this is so pathetic; you can't use the whole width as you fall in between beds. Paying for two but still using one. The hotel is overpriced considering the location and quality of hotel and services. It is far up from the city, long way up on a one lane street with many curves, very dangerous. I had to back up twice to make way for the incoming traffic. I assume in the winter is much worse. The restaurant is ok but food is not exceptionally good. Common for an average hotel and again overpriced. 20 euros for a schnitzel. 10 euros for a spit. The waitress was polite, respectful but not friendly. The helper, anon-local boy didn't find his way around, he was bouncing in between cleaning tables and carrying luggage upstairs, no there is no elevator. One night the restaurant was closed, for some reason, which was actually a good thing, I went down in the town to eat, cheaper, better. Coming up later I barely found a parking spot. there is free parking but limited, there are other people that live around parking in their lot. The conclusion, no, it didn't cut it for me. Too far away for no good. Not worse the drive up there.

Il nostro viaggio è stato un viaggio in famiglia con anche il nostro cagnolino. L’appartamento era molto spazioso e la cosa secondo la più importante era la polizia. La polizia era perfetta. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema a trovare Parcheggi perché la recensione parla di una proprietà con un parcheggio. Il parcheggio c’è desiste però chiaramente Quando la struttura è piena e tutti viaggiano in automobile trovare il posto per l’auto diventa difficile noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà. Questo non erano piaciute molto perché era a causa di stress. Siamo andati in un periodo molto caldo però l’appartamento aveva un ventilatore e un condizionatore quindi siamo stati abbastanza bene. Il punto della struttura comunque eccellente i servizi descritti ci sono e ci siamo trovati molto bene
