We booked Fuschl for our 20 anniversary a cery special day. It was the worst ever experience beyond all worst expectations! We travel a lot and always in 5 star hotels and Rosewood was not only a disappointment but a disaster. Breakfast served was like a 1 star motel hotel. Everything was cold. We were hoping for a hideway and there is 100% families with screaming kids. We decided to leave upon arrival. As it was a 20h trip to get there we were hoping to land on a compromise with Rami who was Reception Director but he played a cool cowboy and simply told us to f off…he did not understand the word of our feedback. It was miserable. If they don’t understand the feedback thats just proves how miserable the management is. All to say. DONT GO.

PPengguna TetamuIch war für ursprünglich zwei Nächte da - super freundliches Personal, total entspanntes Ambiente, Parkplatz vor der Tür, Busanbindung um die Ecke und super saubere Zimmer mit Bademantel zum Wohlfühlen. Zum entspannen war auch das Wellnessangebot genau richtig, das begann für mich aber schon beim Frühstück, welches in einem super schönen hellen Bereich eingenommen werden konnte, der sogar durch einen kleinen Wintergarten erweitert wurde. Von zeitlichen Limits keine Spur, man konnte seine 2. Tasse Kaffee oder Tee noch in aller Ruhe trinken, auch wenn die offizielle Frühstückszeit schon vorbei war. Weil es gar so schee war, habe ich vor Ort eine Nacht dazu gebucht und bedanke mich nochmals für den schönen Aufenthalt. Immer wieder gern. Selten so lieb aufgenommen worden wie bei euch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A boutique hotel merely 15 min away from the centre of Salzburg and Airport. The service was amazing and everyone was very helpful and cheerful. The owner himself is very closely involved in the operations of the hotel and it shows how well managed the hotel is and amazing care for all guests. The team is super flexible with every request. The food is delicious and the breakfast spread has many options for vegetarians. The rooms are large and very spacious. Our 17 month old daughter fell sick during our stay and the owner arranged a doctor on call within 15 min of reporting it. Many thanks for an amazing experience, stay and support. I will highly recommend staying at this property. If I am ever in Salzburg, this is where I will stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed two adults and three small kids in a family room. It was perfect for us. Clean and fresh hotel and room. The breakfast was great! Super friendly staff. The restaurant was great in the evenings aswell. Small gym and nice sauna in the basement. The hotel is located perfectly to go to the alps on day trips to Halstatt, Königsee, Wolfgangsee and many more places. It's also perfect to go in to the city from here. If I should say something on the negative side - there were some noise from the road if you have your room in that direction and have the window open.

The resort is located in a very lovely area by Lake Fuschl not far away from St. Gilgen! At arrival we were met with such a 'warm friendly welcome' from a young man and I felt so happy to be greeted in such a special and friendly way! The check in procedure was fast and we got an upgrade being Mariott Bonvoy members - our rooms was spacious and beautiful - a big king bed - all brand new linen and towels - a big terrace overlooking the nice garden. The emerald-green Lake Fuschl is just short walk away and it is so pleasant to sit down there and hear the birds - enjoying nature - looking at the clear water - relaxing in the loungers chairs - really done nicely! The restaurant: we had dinner here a few evenings - really exellent food! Can recommend this wonderful resort for your next vacation!!!

Struttura moderna e pulita. Comodo parcheggio sulla terrazza per le auto. Camera spaziosa e ordinata. Vicino al centro in zona commerciale e industriale. Prezzo competitivo per la città sicuramente consigliato perchi passa in auto da qui.

This is the nightmare hotel experience that people laugh about at dinner parties for years. Not at all funny at the time. FIRST BOUT - I had a $100 BW gift voucher, that stated clearly to produce it at check in. The girl at the desk didn't know what it was. I told her to try a drop down menu for payment? Call a supervisor? She was not up to the task. Dim. Very dim. SECOND BOUT - When I came down for coffee at 7am - the restaurant mgr quickly uncovered everything, turned the lights on. and asked how he could be of service. I said I only wanted coffee, because we were jet lagged. He snapped at me - ”Vhat? Jhoo no vant brekfahst? No, I apologized. Too early. Later maybe. ”I openz za rehstarhant for jhoo... now jhoo say -- jhoo no vant?” I wasn't up for an international incident, so I fled. Later, after we ate, I took a croissant from the breakfast bar to take up to my grand daughter who was suffering terribly from jet lag. She had eaten half an orange, and a bite of her mothers eggs. You would think I robbed the cash drawer. Same loony toon man runs after me to the elevator shouting - ”Jhoo must pay for anozer brekfast!!” What? I reminded him my granddaughter hadn't eaten... Didn't matter. He screamed to the clerk to charge my room for an additional breakfast. Over one croissant - to go. I slammed the croissant down on the counter, telling him to keep it. And I WAS charged another almost $12 -- I filed a complaint with BW and the Owners of the franchise. This isn't a hotel, it's a Hogan's Heroes rerun... complete with jack booted Colonel Klink, monitoring trips to the breakfast bar. INSANE .... quite insane.
