We stayed for one night for family reunion in town..We were looked after very well by housekeeper/manager Kristy (I'm hoping I've spelt correctly) and honestly she made our stay here worth coming.Extremely hardworking and friendly and got to chat with her and her beautiful daughters.Kristy made sure we were comfortable and made special effort and told us to pop down to reception if we needed anything more.Owners are very lucky to have her, my family and I wish her all the best and hopefully she sees this to show our gratitude..Take care hun,THANKYOU and keep on doing what your doing!!You made our stay at the Prince Mark worth the visit Sarah,Karen and Dave

This was an excellent stay for business. The first thing I must mention is the beds. I had the best and most comfy sleep- even though my company booked a twin room meaning I slept on a single bed for the first time in years. The amenities in the room are goo- hair dryer and shower cap, also shampoo, conditioner., fridge and kettle. Good study space. Clean. Quiet- even though i was close to the lift- i didnt hear anyone talking which was a change- considering i travel every week. Room service was timely and pretty good quality food. I had dishes with calimari, fish, beans. All good. Will be back.

Beautifully appointed hotel, close to amenities, shopping cafes, theatre/arts centre, cinemas and parks and train station. The Holiday Inn opened recently and is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, the bed,pillows, and linen is superb. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff are helpful. There is secure off street parking. Great hotel and I happily recommend to anyone.

-0 The receptionist was rude and abrupt, we stayed in room 608 in it was so dirty, meant to be an apartment had very little to none cutlery the cups were filthy , we went an brought our own.We were there 5 days not once were towels changed or the room cleaned, had our bins emptied twice . The laundry facilities were gross , I cleaned the lint compartment in drier and it was full and had a cigarette lighter in it .I doubt the bed has ever been moved to clean behind it, the location is the only good thing about this place , and I would NEVER Stay there again.. The so called office was never maned and the photos are nothing like what the is today .Also the road noise is loud, made worse by kitchen window not closing an bedroom door seal stuffed. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere..I could write so much more but I’m sure who ever reads this gets the point .

My wife and myself stayed here due to a damaged pipe in our apartment complex nearby. We were pleased with the welcoming and friendly staff. And enjoyed our relaxing stay.

I stayed at Quest Dandenong with my sister as a last minute booking when we needed accommodation due to unfortunate circumstances. We were getting there after hours but their check in procedure was easy and secure, and the staff were very helpful and understanding. The staff went above and beyond in helping us, making what was an already difficult situation easier for us. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all amenities available as listed. Thank you so much for helping us out, we really appreciate it.

On our way to a funeral in gippsland we arrived at the hotel about midnight .check in was made easy and a upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment was given from our triple room up the back we entered and was gobsmacked what amazing apartment. huge would be a word my only regret was not staying a week ...big thanks to the staff for allowing us to stay a little longer in the morning to finish a telehealth meeting with the ndis foe our son.....thank u so much..recommend recommend recommend

While the outside doesn't look so appealing, the room and the carpark and walkways were very clean. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Friendly staff. My stay was during the week and it was quiet; I slept well. During a weekend I imagine it may be noisier.

我續房的時候，稀裏糊塗定了一周以後的周五到周六房間，還自信滿滿選擇了不可撤銷訂單……結果到前台續房時才發現自己犯了錯，幸虧前台的帥哥和小美女各處打電話，又在電腦裏面搗鼓了好久，終於幫我修改好了訂單，特別特別感謝他們，太暖心了…..另外，做衛生的帥哥美女也都超級美膩！
