Pleasant stay overall very happy with the accommodation and if I was to return I would stay here again. The room is extremely clean, very well designed with everything you need. Easy and smooth check in/check out. They also give you a heap of complimentary snacks and amenities. Thank you very much

We were a group of 16 ladies from Perth.I cannot thank Gill enough for providing us with an awesome stay .The rooms are spacious,spotlessly clean very comfortable beds ,microwave cutlery,crockery, tea and coffee,warm heaters and electric blankets and plenty of towels.are provided. We were able to use the conference room each day for exercises and meditation and massages all with the help of Gill setting it up for us. The price of our stay was excellent value .I have stayed here before and will return. The bathhouse is a very short stroll through the bush.Restaurants and the General store in Hepburn all within walking distance from the the motor inn .

This was the best decision on our 10-days trip and the best accommodation out of 4! This intimate hotel oozes charm from the moment you step inside. The décor is beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's clear the owners take immense pride in their establishment, and their passion shines through in every detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the sleep quality. We badly needed a good night's rest after days of driving and some dismal bedding in the earlier accommodations! Their incredibly comfortable bedding and peaceful surroundings ensured a restful night's sleep. Waking up refreshed, we were greeted by a breakfast that surpassed most local restaurant standards. It was evident that the food was homemade, bursting with flavor and prepared with love. The personalized service truly elevated our overall stay experience. The owners went above and beyond to cater to our needs, offering recommendations and arranging thoughtful amenities. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. An added bonus was the stunning mineral spring reserve located just opposite the hotel. We enjoyed a rejuvenating hike through the reserve, taking in the natural beauty and just soaking in the cool weather! Overall, The Dudley Boutique provided an exceptional escape. It's the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service. We can't wait to return and experience their magic again!

Appalling manners from the Restaurant manager at breakfast also the day before. I went into the restaurant room to look at the menu. He came from nowhere rudely slammed the door and said the restaurant was out of bounds. My answer: Close the door or place a sign there.. Breakfast was worse: Told me here would not allow me to sit at any table due to me moving twice. I had an extremely loud large family sitting behind me: Appalling manners also aggressive. The dinner is way overpriced for small servings. Breakfast was awful. Food was served cold and slammed down in front of me. I honestly couldn’t believe the manners. I’m a senior so I was raised where staff respected the paying client. I also travel widely so I’m not used to this kind of rudeness. Lack of service and lack of manners is totally unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The room was really cold and the wall heater blew out warm air, that was it. I had bought an extra blanket myself to keep warm. The staff was not helpful nor friendly in any way. Yes the present situation is difficult, I know and I understand this. However that gives paid staff no excuse for atrocious manners to a senior lady requesting a quiet table. Definitely won’t be returning, nor recommending this place to anyone. Maybe it’s more suited to families with children, not quiet people wanting a break in lovely Hepburn Springs. Atmosphere overall was cold and sterile:

I loved this place I will definitely be back it was gorgeous such a beautiful room with an amazing fireplace next to the bed and a massive spa. I went here with my daughter and we both loved everything and the balcony has an amazing view and the location was perfect as you could walk straight over to the trail walks that I love doing then your able to drive 5 minutes to Daylesford to eat out for dinner then back to the room for an amazing spa to relax by the warm fireplace

Hotel mata air mineral gaya klasik sedikit, tetapi malangnya, terdapat bayaran tambahan untuk mandi di kolam mineral awam yang bersambung dengan hotel. Bilik-biliknya luas dan bersih, tetapi perabotnya terlalu klasik dan agak ketinggalan zaman. Sarapan paginya agak enak dan persekitarannya kelas pertama. Hotel ini mempunyai taman kecil yang indah dengan haruman burung dan bunga. Selepas makan, tetamu boleh bersiar-siar di taman dan berfikir tentang kehidupan.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Shizuka Ryokan. The experience was exactly what we had expected, from check in to check out. Some of my friends and relatives thought we were actually in Japan! The room was spacious and beautifully presented. The tatami was just the right thickness, while the bath was simply relaxing. The breakfasts were so filling we skipped lunch on 2 of the days we were there, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. All the staff were very attentive. I could see that they enjoy what they do and love interacting with guests. I look forward to staying at Shizuka Ryokan again in the future.
