The hotel is well located close to the shopping precinct of Belconnen. A walk to Westfield took only 15 minutes, and it is only a short drive to eateries, the University of Canberra and GIO Stadium. We chose this hotel for its location. Our bed was comfy, the shower was hot and bathroom facilities were okay except there is very little benchspace. Service was fairly good, except when our card wouldn't work in the entry door to the wing where our room was located. Luckily reception was open. Some of the carpark was not accessible due to materials being stored there! The electric jug wasn't working properly but they did get us another one straight away. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay. One other thing, which I assume was no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning, but it wasn't a cold frosty night!!

What an amazing stay. Everything was spotless, comfortable and a lot of thought put into what we would need as travellers. Food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Best meals I’ve had in a long time. The issue we had was difficulty with check in. There is not a ‘person’ there to help with anything. We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay here... Not the first time we've booked. Good spot to stay when going to GIO Stadium. Very helpful and genuine staff. The couch was so comfy I didn't want to get up. In the bedroom photo, circled red, is where we placed our 10 month olds porta cot. Fit with a bit of room to spare. Seriously a great spot to stay at. Shame we didn't get in time to book for the long weekend as we are going to watch the Brumbies play again. Thank you team for the hospitality!

Conveniently located. Supermarkets just around the block. Friendly staff and well-designed rooms. I was impressed with the ease with which we can connect to the Wi-Fi network and the TV. We didn't have any issues with the internet as we could watch live sports without any troubles!

Impressive interior design! A good and standout option vs normal ‘hotel’. Lighting inside the room as well as sound proof from corridor could be improved.

房間很大，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，可以做飯洗衣，陽台超級大，風景不錯。地理位置很好，去澳國立，植物園，博物館，圖書館，市中心都步行可達，樓下餐廳咖啡廳也很方便，推薦

Ia adalah ok. Kami telah dinaik taraf kepada deluxe yang nampaknya lebih besar sedikit. Bilik itu sangat kecil yang akan menjadikan bilik standard kecil yang anda tidak mahu tinggal lebih daripada satu malam. Tiada kipas pengekstrak di dalam bilik mandi, & tingkap tidak membuka tiada pengering rambut di dalam bilik yang saya dapati kemudian ada berkongsi??? Nasib baik saya bawa sendiri. Tiada botol air percuma tiada buku dengan maklumat tentang Canberra jika ini lawatan pertama saya ke Canberra, saya pasti kecewa. Tiada masa daftar keluar diberikan semasa daftar masuk tiada menjelaskan sarapan pagi jika anda mahu. Sangat mahal untuk apa yang anda dapat berbanding dengan hotel lain di Canberra
