Very average accommodation. Definitely not “Resort” standard. We couldn’t have the room type we booked due to a water leakage - that’s ok, things happen. We were moved to room 16. This room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke that even my usual oblivious children noticed & commented. Asked reception to be moved which they very willingly did & apologized. Moved to room 31 which smelt way better, however the carpets were filthy stained & the upholstery looked gross! The bathroom flooded whilst showering almost spilling out the door & the drain smelt so bad. We left feeling dirty. I will say that reception staff were friendly & accommodating, and this review isn’t a reflection of them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this accommodation based on its current state. Needs a very good clean & maintenance.

A truly wonderful experience. Very comfortable. Very clean. Very well appointed. Very friendly and welcoming. We were impressed from the moment we starting talking to Nicole at reception. The lodge is close to everything and the cafe onsite is beautiful.

This was a very nice and well located Hotel. The place is spotless and the staff were lovely :) Note you only get shampoo not conditioner or shower gel so bring some. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Just make sure you request a balcony ”Street view” means window only. Still ok but we would have preferred a balcony. The Hotel part doesn't open until 4pm just a note. But the food was delicious :)... Its super close to everything and the peer out the front is a morning coffee must !

Oh WOW!!! This beautiful accommodation is such a hidden gem... 1st I booked for my husband & myself, and due to circumstances we had to bring our daughter along... Alison was so accommodating, and made our 2 night stay extremely enjoyable... Alison was also so kind, and surprised us with an unexpected room upgrade on arrival... The room had everything we needed, it was clean & was so comfortable enjoying a coffee overlooking the water... It was a short stroll into BB along the esplanade... So beautiful... We will be telling all our family & friends about this gorgeous place & it's staff & hospitality were very much appreciated... Thank you again Alison... We will see you again for sure.

Really friendly staff and the motel has been refurbished to a really good standard. A short walk to the centre and the marina across the road. Free parking as well. Nice and quiet area which is also close to the Catalina country club which is awesome.

We have just returned from a five day trip to Batemans Bay. We stayed four nights at this amazing motel. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The soundproffing was excellent. We have just returned from a four night stay at this first class motel. Our room was very spacious and well appointed. The service and meals were both outstanding - equal to any first class restaurant. The eye fillet steak was the best we have had for a long time. All the meals were of a very igh standard and the food presentation was excellent. All the staff at this motel gave us fabulous service and nothing was a problem. Alan and Rebecca run an excellent motel and we would highly recommend this motel. Kristin14

Location was good. Apartment had good size rooms beds super comfortable, no noise from neighbors all weekend. Had all we needed in apartment.
The apartment does require a thorough clean though, the lounge, though comfortable was pretty stained. A great kids play ground located a short walk away. Kids loved the pool.
