Hotel terbaik di Wickham

Went for Melbourne cup and while menu wasn’t as advertised I couldn’t fault menu or service. Service was 5 star. Food was awesome! I can’t stop talking about the friendly service though. Service wins every time for me. Would 100% go again without fail.

good location of the hotel and the carpark was well lit so i felt safe. didn't really get to enjoy the room because of how early the checkout time is. first hotel i've been to with a 10am checkout time. shower door could be improved, water still went out because there is a gap at the bottom of the door. bed was comfortable however, i was disappointed that it was two beds combined instead of one big bed. would probably not book again but it was an overall 8/10 stay.

Nice central location, comfortable, secure car parking, check in process streamlined. Apartment equipment all working. Missing bed side lights. Bit worn overall. Needs a little bit of attention to bring up to excellent standard, great views

The whole hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable! Convenient location, easy access to restaurants, a lovely waterfront area. The staff was so helpful and positive. Frees breakfast was delicious and I can’t say that about most free breakfast. It was fresh, tasty, with good variety for everyone. We give this a 10 out of ten!

This was a fabulous fabulous day. The technological functions of the room the amazing view the lounge library area that was a quiet Office away from home. Were still not the best thing. The best thing was the friendly helpful and attentive staff that exceeded all my travel expectations.

My evening arrival was greeted by an unmade-up room, a free drink that could not be satisfied with a stout/dark ale or zero alcohol option nor the usual gold level welcome gift. On day 2 the room was serviced - that is a trash bin was emptied. Nothing else. Housekeeping was not seen again. Despite feedback two weeks ago about the rubberised scrambled eggs and poor clearing of dirty tables, nothing has changed. There are no side plates for toast or fruit servings. On the third day, in desperation, i asked for for a different type of egg - fried, poached, anything but overcooked scrambled and was told there would be an extra charge. No thanks, not this time or any time. I won't be back.

There’re complete sets of tablewares inside each room for you to use so feel free to grab some food from Coles/Woolies/Maccas/ZKFC/Pizza Hut or whatever that are all very close to the hotel!

The heated swimming pool was excellent along with the spa bath, with towels available from reception. The apartment was first class. We suggest that a safety hand rail be installed halfway up the bathroom wall as the shower over the bath is not very safe for elderly people like us.
