Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room.
The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either
What an amazing staff!!

PPengguna TetamuThe location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.

MMirnaRoom is clean and service was good. Location is close to the marina broadwalk. Hotel is a bit old but as long as it is clean I don't mind. Breakfast was good. Our stay was smooth in general.

PPengguna TetamuFor a Super 8, this location far exceeded what you would find at this chains other locations. The room I had was reasonable priced, and was very clean and spacious. I had a great night's sleep. I don't recall hearing much hallway noise at all. The breakfast may be basic, but I was very impressed with the selection and that many items were available to take with you. So when you're rushing out to start your day there is food to go. Someone at Super 8 was doing their homework! I will definitely be back.

Small cute, quaint, and clean. The rooms were very small compared to what we were used to. The room was clean and bathroom clean. Provided towels, toiletries and bedding. The bed looked to be very uncomfortable but after two nights of sleeping on it. We were surprised how comfortable it actually was. Hotel was quiet at night and no issues come morning. Downstairs there was a little coffee station. Tea, coffee, cereal, hot water. Was very nice.

Outside of the buildings and surrounding can be deceiving. It's facing the lake, unfortunately there's a big trailer blocking the view.
